Moderator from the UDL here. I will try to explain why some levels are missing from the top 10: - Levels like Buffed Acheron are not added due to us not accepting superbuffed versions of a level. This is done in order to the list not being flooded by these type of levels that require no effort at being made. - Bloody Knuckles, Graceful, Grains of Sand, The Nautical and many others are not here due to them being too easy for the top 10. - Tenkai is not on the top 10 due to its opinion making it unplaceable (it is really bad). - Crystal Edge, WOKE Circles, Demotivation Dance, Blind Blizzard and more are not on the top 10 nor the list due to us having standards. We do not want the list to be filled with low effort levels, hence why we do not accept layouts, recolours, copy pasted levels and invisible ones. - Despite Cobwebs not being hard enough to be in the top 10, it is not on the list for us considering gaemplay seconds instead of actual time (Cobwebs has 27 seconds of gameplay followed by three seconds of a black screen, making it a challenge for us). Again, rule added so that levels with the hardest jump in the game and fifty minutes of a black screen will not be placed. - Through the Gates is hacked. - Exens Limit is not here due to us waiting a month for levels to be placed. - Finally, the placement of these levels vary a lot. To put it simple, C Sharp is harder than walter white and Old AoD is easier than Abyss of Darkness. Levels like Stellar Night, Natural Disaster, Tunnel of Despair, Enjoy and DC would all be placed above Tartarus, whereas the rest would be placed below it. the only level im genuinely salty about it not getting rated is stellar night (would have been instant feature for me). tunnel of despair will probably get featured soon, diabolic clubstep and enjoy are rateworthy but not by much, the rock house is cool but i understand not rating it, natural disaster, and the rest are either old versions of rated levels, or are just bad.

Edit: also, I don’t think it really matters about the creator of the lvl, it matters if it’s verified legit, if the lvl is possible, and is rate worthy in decoration and gameplay.
idk about exens limit, since it's pretty much just a redeco, but it would be top 10, yeah codependence is rated grains of sand, graceful and bloody knuckles are probably not top 10, although I could see bloody knuckles being top 10, but if I had to guess, that's probablx the reason they're not on this list
I wish Natural Disaster wasn't on this list but instead was on the rated list. In my opinion, it doesn't matter if some assets were used from another level.

@@anobject9622 nah the gameplay hasnt changed the level has just been bugfixed and one part has been completely redecoed, idk why he is saying he cant make a comparison but its probably due to the deco changing in one part? (he probably said they were the same in gp instead of deco, idk), but the old version of the level (which trick verified) got updated to the new version (but its the same level, the id is the same) so thats why it isnt on the list
