They should be fine, try to make them up at the latest time possible. We usually do ours the same day, but have sometimes created them the day before. It's a good idea to pop them onto damp tissue or kitchen roll, give them a mist of water and then put them in a cool place. Some people put them in the top of the fridge - this sometimes works but can be a bit of a problem if your fridge is really cold! Hope that helps. Tx
