Incredibly Crispy and Tender - Easy Oven Chicken with Potatoes and Veggies

Today I'm making a super delicious chicken in the oven, which is always good to bake at the last minute. Just put everything on the baking sheet and let the oven do the work. The chicken is very crispy and juicy, delicious with the potatoes and the zucchini! So - get to the oven!

70 g panko breadcrumbs
70 g chopped peanuts
salt, pepper, paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
700 grams of potatoes
1 red onion
500 grams of courgettes
200g Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
