Are you scatter-brained? I scatter my brain a bit everywhere. I have to know everything about everything. Still, I'm not near as scatter-brained as most ENTPs I know. 🤯
Are you an ENTP? Sorry to distract you with this video. Still, I hope it will be helpful to gaining more focus or at least - more healthy distractions into your life. 🌈 😆

I find your tips very helpful. I agree with you about constantly upping your game. There is this , I think it was Japanese but i might be wrong, principle of striving to be just 1% better every day. I find that a very helpful way to think and approach life. It reminds me even when it seems impossible or i get bored or lose hope, that I am always making progress, just by trying to be a little better every day, in any way i can.

Yes. Results. Otherwise what is the point? All that effort for what? Not worth it if there is nothing to show for it. Especially when you _do_ end spending all the extra time to consider the possible outcomes and all pitfalls and find the best way to navigate around them to meet your goals - which are usually tied to what makes things better for everyone.
So basically what I do to focus is to become more 'intj' like and flex some extraverted thinking and to avoid getting bored I make sure I can switch between different but relevant sources of information so that there is some diversity but at some point it will all converge back into whatever project/task/direction I'm working on.
As for being more on the conscientious side (responsibility and parenthood tends to do that - hopefully Lmao) getting stuck in stress mode and overthinking all the angles/pitfalls/problems can be a rabbit hole that has no bottom. At some point you *have* to say "fuck it" and take what you've planned and make it happen because if not now, then when? We literally only have the moment we are currently in. Else 20 years down the line you will look back and have absolutely nothing to show for all your brilliance and intellectual acumen.
I always end up leaving huge ass comments Lmao😂
    Peace ✌️

It is easy. Stop dreaming and start doing. Daily rhythm. Good food. Nature. Good friends. I was obsessing over UA-cam analytics and would over share take videos down whatever. Jumping hula hula. Now making amazing performance singing videos whenever. A lot more meaningful. People love it. Since I'm into it.
