I came across your video because I was considering this bag for my adventures (on the water and near it) a “camera bag” if you will. All I could ever find were men reviewing bags and it was oh so refreshing to finally come across a woman reviewing. I do plan to travel to Costa Rica some day to use my 5 year old passport that I still have yet to touch. This video helped tremendously and I look forward to following your adventures!
I don't think I'd ever go to the extreme of packing the way you do but I don't lug around all the camera gear I used to either so I can be more relaxed about what else I take. But I LOVE your attitude girl! Was so pleased just to find a video of a girl really packing light as opposed to all these women who are so proud of themselves for "packing for a weekend in carry-on only". Seriously??
I almost moved on when I saw the top loading backpack. The pack IS pretty amazing. Excellent pockets. Seems as if a pack cover won’t be necessary but not sure if the zips are rain resistant. Amazed at how much camera gear etc you have and how well they packed. Would like to know size of pack in liters and your final weight. Not impressed at how you just squeeze your clothes in because it must be a hassle to dig out what you want. I like compression cubes but if you used regular SIL nylon cubes (Eagle Creek has many shapes and sizes) they are also squeezable but you could separate dresses, tops etc. I have a gazillion cubes and still fell for some bright floral (says tulips but look like poppies online) Eagle Creek non-compression cubes. Sierra Trading Post in the US (Nov 2021) has three different styles/sizes of these. I like your style.
I’m watching you go through your toiletries. Check out the site keepyourcadence.com You will definitely appreciate their travel solution for toiletries. Nothing like it anywhere!
"We pack our fears" - WOW - this is so true of me. A real eye-opener!
I would say that applies to our lives in general
I really appreciate this video. Basically the only One Bag female travel video out there and great tips
You can wash an item in your bathroom sink! “Stop packing what you fear”…brilliant advise. Safe travels to you!

I’ve bookmarked this to watch every time I go on a trip! So much gold here 🙏

Loved this. I'm a recovering overpacker. I want to travel more so really challenging myself to learn to pack light and right. Thank you!

What crossbody purse do you recommend? Can you attach a link? I don’t know how big/how small I should go for female solo traveling
That is a big bag for 1 week trip
Hi! And how about the weight? It's below the allowed weight of airlines?
You haven't packed light and that isn't a small bag either!
