Me encanto ver a toda esa maravillosa gente que nos atendió en Octubre del 2014, cuando tuvimos el placer de estar allí, ni hablar cuando vi todas las instalaciones de este increíble resort, espero estar pronto visitándolos, fue un gusto haberlos conocido, ver a los mozos, a los chicos que nos recibieron a las mucamas y al Sr. Gerente, fue como revivir los días que estuvimos allí... A TODOS FELICITACIONES...!!!!! Un abrazo enorme desde Mendoza..Argentina.
Super excellente! went in Oct 2014 and fell in love. Going back again in April/May. Been to many resorts but this places has best customer care and excellent value for your buck. My first pick. Great video. Just go, you will love it. Manager and staff are doing a great job.
Make sure you lock everything up. Very bad experience. Mr Lora didn't seem to care we were there with no money and no id. Thank god whoever stole my husband's wallet with all his id and $200 cash and credit cards didn't get his passport. We literally had no money and nobody would speak to us at all. Mr Lora finally emailed me after many attempts when we got home. Beautiful resort but I feel like we just didn't matter
Don't agree with the 4 star + rating. It's a nice hotel but getting very tired. All 3 of us, including multilple other guests on our trip came down with a tummy bug. We have travelled to Egypt in the past and never had anything like this. After being home for 4 full days, it's still not gone. Staff are very good but otherwise needs a good re-fit.

I totally agree ..we have spent many years as returning guests at Gran Ventana..Love the people,food and ambiance!! Best resort on the North Coast!!!

Hotel looks dated that's for sure! I know the video was made 4 years ago, let's just hope they've remodeled some things!
