Just got back from Gran Ventana...it does not look like anything in this video. They only added the small portion of the resort dedicated to VIP. LOL...what a scam...
If you call Playabachata and the Senator one of the best resorts in Puerto Plata you have not done your home work. Playabachata is a complete dump and the Senator is nothing more than a pathetic attempt at renovating a resort. Ive been to both and would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.
