Hi Bharat! Thanks for this insightful video. I have a question which goes thus:
There is a University who calculated my CGPA to be 2.8 in German scale. But by my calculation, it was 2.1/2.2. They claim the minimum scale to be applied is 2.5 as opposed to 1 that I used. Full GPA scale in Nigeria is 5 and the minimum passing grade is 1. How accurate is the claim of this university? Thanks.

As RWTH is a part of TU9 but it's a TH!
DO NOT go in the name AT ALL if it is written as TH or TU. e.g. RWTH is a Technical University BUT Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Amberg-Weiden has 'Technische Hochschule' in its name but isn't a TU, but a UAS.
