To be fair, with how strong it is, the aiming method could be the way they choose to balance it. I still think it's a bit ridiculous, but alternatively they might give it a Tek saddle in the future that gives it a better aiming style
typically when it comes to taming the titans with mechs, majority of people use the gun rather than the Artillery. Much cheaper and more lenient than the artillery.
On official we wasted 300 element with barraging a single node on the right shoulder of forest titan with 6 mek pistols and didnt break a single node. idk if its just lag but that didnt give any results whatsoever
@@Wazzamaniac had to have been lag, desync or the Titan was just outright bugged. I have seen the ice Titan randomly teleport around his area with no indication he was moving at all
one thing to note.(Mainly got me thinkin) IF the canonballs are like the Missles from the Mek canon attachment. If you play on a Sp without Sp setting on you'll always need a set number of Missles to destroy the Notes on the Titians. Usually around 4 or 5 from what I recall. But If you play on a Server you'll need way more. So keep that in mind. had no clue if Raas here recorded the Video on a SP or Server
Ok so I think I’ve found a bit of a secret with the cannonball attack that I don’t think anyone’s talked about yet. Basically whenever you land a hit with that hawk tuah attack onto an enemy, nearby allied creatures get a 30 second buff called “Inspired” which increases their damage by like 15%. This buff doesn’t apply to other Dreadnoughtuses but it does work with everything else including Gigas, Carchas, and Titans. I’m not sure how effective it will end up being but it seems useful to know.
20:36 The Dreadnoughtus has ascended from being a Titan slayer to become the Destroyer of Ark logic and gravity Wildcard sure needs to do some major reworks for this sauropod especially the aiming mode because watching Raas shoot the cannon balls while using said mode is just painful to watch
The targeting/aiming system in ARK has got to be in my top 5 things I wish ASA would've improved on. This is just pain to watch. Something as simple as the Wyvern lightning beam is so uncontrollable and it should literally be the easies to aim, since it's constantly giving you an indicator of where it's firing, but it can still go off course whenever it feels like it.
Just made a GAME CHANGING discovery about enforcers that I have not seen anyone talking about at all. You could be the first to make this video? You can use the tinkering desk to combine enforcer blueprints making MUCH better blueprints. They come out with no % stats printed on the blueprint like one that drops normally but when you build it you can definitely see the difference. You're welcome 😉
Maybe they are made for hunting really cause it's so hard to destroy the corruption nodes with the cannon attack, a mek is better for taming and killing but.... The dread with that chunky damage is better for killing titans.
Riding the desert titan with a giga or a carcha is one thing, riding it with a dread is a whole another world 😂😅 that thing doesn't belong in the sky xD
the Dreadnoughtus abilitys might have been a great idea on paper but the execution is... poorly, from a visibility standpoint. I mean, proper aim just isn't possible for the most part, it's more pure luck if you manage to hit what you wanted to hit. xD
Alright dred looks like it slaps yeah, but I will say on official pvp I'd usually use a mek and a velo and shoot the nodes with the handgun and the velo much faster and saves alot of materials
Ice titan was always super easy as well, usually just tank it with something or if you're solo you seen how it attacks wilds try to let it aggro wilds then go for foot, when megachelon drops you can just float the titan on its back and it's dumb easy to tame
Desert titan what you wanna do is the swarm is actually killable, you get 2 gigas on the back of it woth riders and bite the nodes 😂😂 velos work as well but they get dismounted alot and die alot easier. Giga was always the best way imo

Just droops downward out of the mouth and hits his foot. Maybe its because nothing wants to work right on servers or just missing something but ive used 50 cannon balls and got no change. It is a cool way to tame the titans though and good on ya Raas for going through this pain.
I wonder how well the Dreadnoughtus will do for taming Astrocetus? While probably a non-starter on Genesis Part 2 if the Skiff cannot carry a DN, the asteroid clusters have plenty of long-shot options to lob at range.
TLC for an aiming tweak immediately Wouldn’t it be better for the dread to have its platform built up with more canon balls and and stuff with a support team shooting and someone driving?
Did you try the element emp lazer thing on the nodes I know it dosnt do that much damage in general but with the nodes being some sort of element corruption maybe it dose damage to them
Hey raas can you do a test on quetz back with a cannon and rocket turret? Use gcm while riding the quetz to keep it from perishing? See if it's the same number of shots which would negate the melee % being a factor
They're gonna have to add more creatures to tame like that now!!😂😂 cause right now we're at 3 creatures AND the titans. And the titans is a HUGE if. 😂😂

And another question could I actually take them in boss fights in the other arenas, like the island scorch Earth? Because at first I thought these things would be Bigger than the titans, but they're a little bit. Titanosaur size, but yeah, I'm definitely gonna retain them. And which Titan should I use them on? First time i did this on ASE on officials, it was with sniper rifle. Tons of bullets spent.

MEK is king. I can farm the 3k metal in 1 or 2 minutes but I can't get back my lifetime wasted trying to hit shots with the Dread.

what stats and how many vs event titan
I say have five for king gamma and 3 or 2 for other titans but if you got dreadmares use them for desert titan
1 for event but you need good stats
