Hello Dave 👋
I am on a bit of a catch up with the videos it's been hectic with work and other commitment just of late but I need some chill out time and was not disappointed totally enjoyed watching buddy what a lovely beach my kind of fishing peace and tranquility.
Well done on a nice size Flounder on lighter gear too no powerful casting rods just the way it should be done.

Another great video. Cant beat a day on the coast, fish or no fish doesnt really matter just the fresh sea air always helps whether its been a tough day or week at work.

Nice video as usual David. Shame about the low catch rate but you are not alone in that respect here in the North East. Fishing long sandy beaches as you were doing is one of my all time favourites, but over June and early July it has been rubbish despite picking the best tides and conditions and making sure you have decent bait. However, last week I decided to give it a go as there was a bit of surf along with a small tide. The silver lads were back! Nuff said.

Getting out fishing can really help when you’ve had a crap day / week and that’s way more important than whether you actually catch fish or not .. great watch as always David and I hope ya well .. hope Gary’s doing good too 👍🏻

Have to go right into the heart of Scotland where the best fishing in the UK inc ireland regards fishing is.
With a beach that big and over the seasons, you could spend a long time sussing it out - another great one thanks - a reminder that I've got to get out there !

Evening David, always good to watch your videos , and this one looked to be a really quiet location and the ideal spot to unwind after work. If it had been one of my local beaches I would of been busy stopping dogs either eating my bait or peeing on my tackle box rather than watching the rod tip. At least you didn’t blank and it was nice to see the fish safely returned, until the next one tight lines buddy 🎣🎣🎣

Dave, Druridge is a place you MUST walk at low water spring tides to find the marks and mark them in your head, otherwise it is just featureless sand.

@@fullcircleangling I think I know where you were - clue 'if you get my drift' if you'd moved directly opposite where you came onto the beach it is better. After all it is 7 miles long and has very few features other than sand, a desert even to fish.
Hi mate thats what its all about hard day or stressfull day at the office just go fishing free the mind you gota mix it up mate when theres not much cod about a fished craster thursday t-time perfect conditions had 1 about 1lb5 really dead but thats fishing and its not about catching its about getting out like you say 👍🏻🎣
