I took a screenshot of the metar info (weather) at the time, the wind was up to 37 knots blowing from 340, close to 90 degrees off the runway direction.
I know exactly where you took these vids from. Been there many times on my mountain bike and watched lots of take offs and landings. Used to fly GA PA28s myself for PPL training.

We landed 1 knot under max crosswind limit (33kts) at 10min into video.

The KLM Captain must have had a look to see his take off. That was right on limits and almost uncontrollable.

Listen carefully to the ATC radio at 9minutes. You can clearly hear the KLM pilot advise they need 25kts crosswind.
It certainly was on the edge.
At the 8:47 mark you can see a bird hit the left wing 🪽 😮
