1.choice of study place (no electronics) 2. Draw up a study timetable (start small,find what time suits you) 3. Take regular breaks (5 min break after 1 hour study) 4.avoid distractions 5. Stay calm/avoid stress 6. List the reason why you are studing 7. Learn actively (better concentrate, ask questions to your books) 8. Hard things first/eat the frog first 8.reward yourself (10 min internet etc) 9. Meditate (simple meditation)
