when he is asking us to expand our peripheral vision, which is virtually impossible without consciously trying to control the natural eye movements. According to doctor Bates(who treated thousands of poor vision patients with conditions like myopia, hypermetropia and astigmatism naturally), this form is strain is one of the main cause of vision loss. Centralization and unconscious natural eyemovements are extremely important for healthy vision and eyes. Please do not listen to this person, he has absolutely no experience of teaching what he is teaching. Don't hurt your eyes, and learn speed reading from a trained professional, not from cheap and free ytube videos. I say this because i developed learning poor vision habits by following what he said and now i sincerely regret it.

I hope you know that people don't read books 24×7. If it causes eye strain, take a quick break, wash your eyes, close them and relax for 5-10 minutes. In the video, Roman was telling the trick to CSE aspirations who have a huge huge exam syllabus.

    hey thanks a lot Roman!
but I'm stuck in one thing which seems impossible to remove as my habbit..its sub vocalisation. .everytime I read or type or write my head keeps saying those words in mind relentlessly. .However hard I try it's impossible to stop..please suggest me a method to do so..waiting for a reply from you Roman or the Unacademy.

Thank you Sir(Roman & Gaurav). This technique is really excellent and very useful.
I had requested you(Dr Roman Saini) to make a video on writing essay by taking a contemporary issue. Please do make that video Sir. However I have seen videos on writing a good number fetching essay, but it will be helpful if you illustrate it on a contemporary issue.

Roman and unacademy, plz do make playlist for each subject properly. there is some playlist for some part-time. but most of the videos shows in single playlist. please make separate playlist for separate subject that way it will be easy to cover the subjects. Also for IR, I directly see the 4th video I.e. India with Bangladesh. in video, it says ki plz watch other 3 videos bht I am not able to find those videos.
