- Sandugo Awit para sa Lakbayan is the anthem of the historic Lakbayan ng Pambansang Minorya (Caravan of National Minorities) in 2016. The Lakbayan led to the formation of Sandugo - Movement of Moro and Indigenous Peoples for Self-Determination. This song holds a special place in our hearts, deeply resonating with our collective struggles and hopes.
The Lakbayan brought together thousands of Indigenous and Moro peoples, along with advocates from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The song captures our shared aspirations and struggles as national minorities, as we continue to fight for our rights, freedom, and peace based on justice. Through militant struggle and solidarity with other oppressed sectors, we stand united and victorious in our fight for ancestral lands and self-determination.

Sandugo is a broad alliance of Moro and indigenous peoples in the Philippines. We invite everyone to help defend our ancestral lands-the last frontier of the environment, and home to our diverse communities and cultures. We are advocates of human rights, and in particular, Moro and indigenous people's rights. Ultimately, we strive for self-determination and national liberation.

Lyrics:
“Sandugo (Awit para sa Lakbayan)”
Sa bawat paglalakbay, kapitbisig sa paglaban
Mula Luzon, Visayas, at Mindanao
Mula sa kanayunan at kalunsuran
Nakikibaka ang mamamayan
Tayo na’t isigaw ang panawagan
Pang-aalipin, ‘di pahihintulutan
Lupang ninuno ay depensahan
Sariling pagpapasya' y ipaglaban
[Koro:]
Cordillera, Moro, Lumad, at katutubo
Laksa-laksang sa lakbayan tumutungo
Cordillera, Moro, Lumad at Katutubo
Sinasalubong ng nagliliyab na mga sulo
Sa pakikibakang dumadagundong
ang kalayaa’y dumadaluyong
Ang likas na yaman ay inagaw
Ang lupang ninuno ay kinakamkam
Ang dangal ay niyuyurakan
Salinlahi ay pinapatay ng mga gahaman
Ang lupa ay buhay, kasaysayan at kinabukasan
Makatarungan ang lumaban
Baguhin ang abang kalagayan
Tayo na’t isigaw ang panawagan
Pang-aalipin, ‘di pahihintulutan
Lupang ninuno ay depensahan
Sariling pagpapasya' y ipaglaban
[Ulitin ang koro]
Tayo na at maglakbay
Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
Tayo na at maglakbay
Bawiin ang lupa at buhay
Tayo na at maglakbay
Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
Tayo na at maglakbay
Kamtin ang tunay na tagumpay
English translation:
“Blood Compact (Song for the People’s Caravan)”
We forge on in every journey with arms linked
From Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
From countryside and city
The people march on in struggle
Let us resound our calls
We refuse to be enslaved
We defend our ancestral lands
We fight for self-determination
[Chorus:]
Cordillera, Moro, Lumad, and indigenous people
In multitudes, we march in the people’s caravan
Cordillera, Moro, Lumad, and indigenous people
We are welcomed with torches ablaze
Through intensified struggle,
freedom will finally cascade
Our natural wealth is being pillaged
Our ancestral lands plundered
Our dignity trampled
Generations massacred in the name of greed
Land is our life, our birthright, our future
To resist is only just
Rectify our wretched circumstance
Let us resound our calls
We refuse to be enslaved
We defend our ancestral lands
We fight for self-determination
[Repeat chorus]
Let us journey together
Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
Let us journey together
To reclaim our land and life
Let us journey together
Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao
Let us journey together
To attain genuine victory
