In order to kill ice burst titans, hit their vital points (nape) 3 times in quick succession (within 7.5 seconds after each hit) which causes an explosion, making their nape vulnerable. I recommend just using any shifter's roar skill.

An easy way to kill the ice burst titans is by going for the legs first (watch out for kicks), once they explode, stun them then attack the nape repeatedly while their open

You have to hit its nape multiple times in quick succession before it becomes vulnerable to killing blows.
