Hi! I really like this one and their chubby stick highlighter.
The highlighter is so pretty and easy to use with or withut foundation. I use it daily.
And this one is better to use it under foundation and blending it with a brush. I suggest you also to apply it with a brush or sponge instead of directly on the face.
The highlighter works better applying (tapping it in) it with one finger.
