actually to be true with you, i am not against it but i doesn't really like these troupe they go with kukulkan and morgana. Still it does fit their character. so it is not that bad.
On the other hand, only Abigail (and Amakusa I think) can destroy the defense of Kukulkan with her NP. I think the next batch of servants will get something like pierce solemn defense. 🤣

I think the best foreigner killer is the class with actual class advantage instead of the servant that just 150% more damage that also takes 100% more damage from foreigners
She only deals 100% more damage to Foreigner due to attack class advantage, not 150%, that 50% is a power mod which does not add up to class advantage damage mod
for the record, foreigners deal 2.0x damage against foreigners, kukulkan also has a damage bonus against threats against humanity enemies and earth attribute enemies. there are 6 foreigners with threat against humanity, plus oberon who she also has class advantage against. Of those 7, 5 have the earth attribute, including abigail. this means that she hits them for 2.0x class damage, 1.5x threat to humanity damage, and 1.5x earth damage. there is no other servant that can do that. MHXX only has a 1 turn 50% buff against threats against humanity. Probably worth mentioning that kukulkan's NP applies a 1 turn threat against humanity buff, so her follow-up cards also get the bonus. It's true that alter-ego's take resisted damage from foreigners, but the title "best foreigner killer" doesn't necessitate survivability if your damage is by far the best.
Kuk has class advantage too ontop of both threat to humanity and earth attribute damage bonus which together makes her a stronger dps than most alter-ego's against foreigners. She is a glass cannon compared to them, but she is one of if not the best Foreigner killers we have.

There are plenty more ways to remove her anti enforcement buff but most of them aren't tied to their NP
that would literally defeat the purpose of Solemn Defense, in which created to not be breakable in the first place
