Great Video, as an alternative for the big wrench, i suggest sandwiching the bumper between your hands (one above and one below the dent) after heating it up. Less chance of making unwanted creases! To bad everytime you have a miating i have to work, one day i will come! :D
I wanted to do the same mod but I have a montego blue and there's no way I'll be able to fix the damaged paint on that one ahahahah, but I still might move the plate eventually
MiataMods there are a couple of spots where the previous owner tried to touch up the paint and the colors don't match at all, I'm afraid I would get the same results. Plus I didn't even know you could touch up montego blue without repainting the entire panel because of how peculiar it is with all the reflections

Perhaps a rock chip touch up tool might’ve allowed you to apply a more even coat of paint rather than a tooth pick ;), the area is quite large so it’s always going to be a bit difficult to touch up, nice new setup btw!

Why not? You can buy a montego blue paint stick and do the same thing I did :-)

Excellent. Are you allowed to run square plates in NL? I think it fits a bit better and doesnt cover up so much of the mouth for cooling.

Bedoel je met een brommer plaat niet gewoon de kleine kentekenplaatjes die een import auto krijgt? Dat is wel degelijk iets anders dan brommerplaten.
