- Hi there! My name is PMEvolleyball and I'm a volleyball player and volleyball content creator. Today was another Volleyball Match of the 2024 LBC men's Volleyball Season, the Men's Volleyball Team I play for. In this Volleyball Match, we played against Stevenson University. Im gonna be honest, it has been a rough early stretch in our season. We have played a lot of good teams to start the first half of the volleyball season and a lot of those good teams have beaten us, some pretty badly. That being said, I have a lot of faith moving forward with this group of guys moving forward, and I know that we will be able to handle the adversity that comes our way through the losses. I usually don’t comment on videos but this seems worth it. And I promise you 100% that I am not trolling you in any way. You sound to me like you need some words of encouragement. As someone who has played college Vb, coached college Vb, coached high school Vb and club Vb , you my friend are living the dream. You are a freshman on a men’s college volleyball team, you are starting, you have a great team and you are a really good setter. You most certainly are living the dream. And as you mentioned, you have been playing really good teams. You are competitive in most of the matches you play. You are a 1%er. Most people would kill to be in your position. Nobody said losing was fun, but winning has so much more value when you have fought to get there. The process has so much value and I will leave you with this one thought. Watch your own reactions to when your team wins points and when they lose points. Watch your reaction. You are one of the leaders of this team by default because of your position. Work on helping lead your team when you guys are struggling, especially with your body language. It will help the whole process. You are welcome to reach out if you want me to be more specific. But best of luck and enjoy watching your team grind.
so true. losing doesn’t necessarily prove that you are weak. losing is difficult for everyone and it’s a challenge where, after ending up on your hands and knees, you must see if you can stand up again. if you stay on your hands and knees, that proves that you are weak.

I gave up volleyball and when i see young people playing it hyped me up, so i think i was a nice complement at least
For me personally, the libero was really good, even if they lost...they had good plays and it's a good team
yea didnt they lose like 5 in a row? maybe more i dont remember older ones. Hitters need to work on hitting, team gotta work on block and definitely gotta practice more attack plays, cuz best players are libero and probably our setter@@acedog7420

What Tool do you use for the Score
Don’t take it badly, but you are very predictable for a setter. We see it very easily on this video. When you are in position 5,6, or 1 (the back of the court) and so you can set three different attackers (4,3,2), if you get a perfect first touch (after a serve or smash from the opponent), you always give the ball to your right winger, and if you need to move to search the ball due to a bad reception, you always give the ball to your left winger. You should also set more your middle. And if you look closely at the video you’ll notice that the opponent blockers were moving with the ball. So if you had to search on the left side of the court the block would follow you on the left and you should set your right winger. An other advice for you and your middles: when you have to make a set around the middle of the court (position 3 or between 4 and 3) tell them to stay at their original position. Because when you move to set they follow you to stay front of you, but by doing so they get closer to the lefty and it becomes easier to block (adding to that your mania of setting your lefty each time you don’t get a perfect ball). So you would have to make a set behind you (I think it’s called a B2) to set your middle. Hope it will help you.

I think the pressure got a little bit over you this game, you didn't use that much the middle and when u were frontrow u didnt do any dumps with that great left swing that u can do, instead u mostly relied on the left, even so great game.
