Cameron, next time ask him, do you believe in this book?. If he says yes, ask him why?. If he says because it's the truth, ask him how did you know it is?. If he brings up the prophet, then you know he's played himself.
The authenticness and credibility of the Quran comes from a realization that is evoked through an honest and unbiased reading of the Quran. You know the Quran from god by actually reading (understanding) the book, by peeping its extraordinary eloquence, historicity, emotionality, and the reasons why one word is used opposed to another word in the elucidation of a story or context. It's pure linguistics. But hadith followers dont actually read the Quran independently. ومن الناس من يشتري لهو الحديث ليضل عن سبيل الله بغير علم'.

Salam o alaikum brother shamsi, im from pakistan, want yo say somthing , though im very weak in knowledge an have been listening to your's and brother hijab's debate with these quranist presenting verses from qur'an like " ati'uLlah wa ati'urRasool" , "qul in kuntum tuhibbunaLlaha fattabi'ooni.." Or like a verse"... Fee buyutikunna min aayatiLlahi wal hikmah..." But why you both brothers are missing a verse 2:151 in which there is linguisticaly more powerful daleel to differentiate qur'an from three other things mentioned in it that are " yu'allikum ul kitab" means taleem e qur'an which can not be in qur'an so should be out of qur'an, and " wal hikma" which if they say that qur'an is hikmah but this can be rejected by linguistic rule as it is saperted with" wal" and " wa yu'allimukum maa lam takoonu ta'lamoon" and if they say this also means qur'an as people didnt know it before qur'an revealed which claim can also be rejected by saying that it is already said in start of the verse " yatloo alaikum aayaatina" so people already knew quranic aayaat it was not unknown to them,,

Messenger and a messenger of God is different. Messenger is someone like kamran who gives the message of the Quran truthfully and a messenger of Allah is a prophet who recieves revaluation from Allah and his duty is to recite the verse and remind us the truth of the previous scriptures and confirms the previous prophethood and it's validity.
Allah said in sura Yusuf 12:106
    وَمَا يُؤْمِنُ أَكْثَرُهُم بِٱللَّهِ إِلَّا وَهُم مُّشْرِكُونَ
And most of them believe not in Allah except while they associate others with Him.
The difference between a Quranist and a the majority so called Muslims is the verse above.

The Quran was revealed to the Prophet and then written down by scribes, also not forgetting the Quran is protected against corruption or change by Allah (15 Sura: Verse 9). The same cannot be said for Hadiths which are chains of narrations written 200 years after the prophets death, some narrations are 8 people long, most people can't remember what was said to them a year ago let alone all the different people perspectives and understanding. I see no contradictions here, we should be sceptical of hadiths especially those that conflict with the teachings of the Quran. You shouldn't be quick to blindly follow what you have been taught cause "If you follow the majority of people on the earth, they will lead you astray from the path of God, for they follow only conjecture and surmise". (Sura: 6, Verse: 116).

We have to remember that the Qur'an itself does not speak of the prophet's hadith or sunnah, the Qur'an claims that it is fully detailed and complete. This means what whatever the Qur'an says is final, there is no need to further elaborate beyond the Qur'an to get an understanding of what God's intentions and commands are.
Sahih hadith are not reliable and are often contradictory not only to the Qur'an but also between themselves. All of the translations of the Qur'an are received from already known Arabic words and from the Qur'an itself. If you are unsure on what a certain Arabic phrase means, then look and see if the Qur'an uses that same phrase elsewhere.
Also, there is no such thing as a certified student of Islamic studies. Everyone is equal when it comes to researching and understanding the Qur'an. Nobody is more certified or qualified to speak on the Qur'an. The only thing that matters is the information and knowledge that you have, and you are free to share that knowledge and others are free to scrutinize and rebuke it if they think it is incorrect. That's how science and research works. If you think something is right and correct, you present your evidence and research and others will look at it and will either accept it or reject it. If they reject it, you are free to answer their rejections until people come to what's truth.

Etymology of words and then when shamsi asked him where in the Quran that Allah command to obey him he couldn’t even answer. So it doesn’t prove anything. He is just playing around knowing that he can’t escape shamsi. Couldn’t even answer what is a messenger. He just kept comparing a messenger and a prophet and he even created his own definitions. So much of a qurani but made up his own definitions and not from the quran

      Shahadah
Allah’s Apostle said: “Islam is based on (the following) five (principles):
      1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah’s Apostle.”
      Sahih Bukhari 1:2:7
These are Muhammad's words and are not found within the Qur'an. Therefore, Islam’s First Pillar is utterly meaningless, and impossible to implement, without the work of Muslim historians Ibn Ishaq (704-770 AD) and al-Tabari (838-923 AD). If there is no definition as to what the Shahadah should be, it can be any arbitrary phrase in any language. In fact there are at-least three different shahadahs used by various Qur'anist sects.
      Salah
“2. To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.”
      Sahih Bukhari 1:2:7
Once again, this is not feasible. The “compulsory congregational prayer” is not described in the Qur’an at all. In fact, the Qur’an says that there should be three prayers, none of which it depicts, and the Hadith demands five. The only explanation of the obligatory prostration is found in the Sunnah, and even then it is never described by Muhammad himself. Muslims are performing a ritual without Qur’anic precedence. As such, the Second Pillar is rubble. Qur'anists do not even agree upon the number of daily prayers that should be offered. The various number of prayers should be offered are 0, 2, 3 or 5. Also in the prayer itself, certain Arabic recitations and verses are recited. The Qur'an does not give specifications for these recitations so unless one follows hadiths and traditions, the recitations can be anything for a Qur'anist.
      Zakat
      “3. To pay Zakat.”
      Sahih Bukhari 1:2:7
How is that possible when the terms of the Zakat are omitted from the Qur’an? The first to commit them to paper was Ishaq. A century later, Tabari referenced Ishaq’s Hadith. The only reason Muslims can pay the Zakat is because Ishaq explained it to them.
      Hajj
      “4. To perform Hajj.”
      Sahih Bukhari 1:2:7
This is also impossible. The only explanations of the Hajj are found in the Sunnah. No aspect of the pilgrimage can be performed without referencing the Hadith. Muslims would be lost without it.
      Sawm
“5. To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.”
      Sahih Bukhari 1:2:7
Sawm, the final pillar of Islam is also not described in the Qur'an, the “perfect, detailed, and final revelation to mankind”. Though the Qur'an describes the fast, without the Hadith, Muslims wouldn’t know why Ramadan was so special to them. The accounts of the meaning of Ramadan are in the Traditions, initially chronicled by Ishaq and then copied by Bukhari, Muslim, and Tabari.
Strangely, the one pillar that is actually described in the Qur'an, is actually a borrowed pagan ritual Qusayy invented pre-dating Muhammad's Islam. Qusayy's family took a cut on merchandise sold during the “truce of the gods” fairs of Ramadhan.

If you are looking for the truth it’s for everyone to see. Allah allowed The Prophet sallalualihiwaslam that when food or water was needed a small amount could suffice many many people.
And the beauty of Islam is that, not just 1 person saw this but many which is why it’s mutawattir.
      Narrated `Abdullah:
We used to consider miracles as Allah's Blessings, but you people consider them to be a warning. Once we were with Allah's Messenger on a journey, and we ran short of water. He said, "Bring the water remaining with you." The people brought a utensil containing a little water. He placed his hand in it and said, "Come to the blessed water, and the Blessing is from Allah." I saw the water flowing from among the fingers of Allah's Messenger , and no doubt, we heard the meal glorifying Allah, when it was being eaten (by Them)
      Sahih bukhari 3579
      Narrated Anas Bin Malik
I saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) when the `Asr prayer was due and the people searched for water to perform ablution but they could not find it. Later on (a pot full of) water for ablution was brought to Allah's Apostle . He put his hand in that pot and ordered the people to perform ablution from it. I saw the water springing out from underneath his fingers till all of them performed the ablution
      Narrated Hasan ibn Thabit:
, The Prophet asked for water and a tumbler with a broad base and no so deep, containing a small quantity of water, was brought to him whereby he put his fingers in it I noticed the water springing out from amongst his fingers." and I estimated that the people who performed ablution with it numbered between seventy to eighty."
      Sahih Bukhari 200
      Narrated Salim:
Jabir said "On the day of Al-Hudaibiya, the people felt thirsty and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had a utensil containing water. He performer ablution from it and then the people came towards him. Allah's Apostle said, 'What is wrong with you?' The people said, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! We haven't got any water to perform ablution with or to drink, except what you have in your utensil.' So the Prophet (ﷺ) put his hand in the utensil and the water started spouting out between his fingers like springs. So we drank and performed ablution." I said to Jabir, "What was your number on that day?" He replied, "Even if we had been one hundred thousand, that water would have been sufficient for us.

Kam : Ok , So one who delivers the message has to implement it, sah ! Because the message was conveyed to him to act accordingly.
    From your own admission.
This is why we need ahadeeth because they are the "implementation" of the Quran from the creator to the messenger .
For example when the ayah came for salaah etc , So prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was taught the way to pray after the ayah was revealed , he taught the muslims around him and they complied ahadeeth so it can be conveyed to later generations to come.
    So folks can act accordingly.
    I don't understand the confusion.

"So here is the issue that needs to be clarified:Many people use the abbreviation “SAW,” “SAWS,” or “PBUH” to fulfill this obligation in their writing. Is this something that fulfills the obligation of sending the salaah and salaam on the Messenger? Let us look now to some of the statements of the scholars regarding this practice.
The Permanent Committee of Scholars in Saudi Arabia headed by ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abdillaah ibn Baaz issued the following verdict when asked about the validity of abbreviating the salaah on the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam): “The Sunnah is to write the entire phrase “sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam,” since it is a kind of supplication, and supplication is worship, (in one’s writing) just as it is in one’s speech. So to abbreviate it using the letter SAAD or the word SAAD-LAAM-‘AYN-MEEM is not a supplication nor is it worship, whether it occurs in speech or writing. For this reason, this abbreviation was not used by the the first three generations, those that the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) testified to their goodness.” [8]
“SAAD” and “SAAD-LAAM-‘AYN-MEEM” are often used in some Arabic books. The English equivalents of these abbreviations would be: SAW, SAWS, SAAWS, PBUH, and the likes.
Al-Fayrooz-Abaadee said, “It is not appropriate to use symbols or abbreviations to refer to salaah and salaam, as some of the lazy ones do, as well as some ignorant people and even some students of knowledge - they write ‘SAAD-LAAM-‘AYN-MEEM’ instead of writing ‘sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam.'” [9]
Ahmad Shaakir said, “It is the absurd tradition of some of the later generations that they abbreviate the writing of ‘sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam.'” [10]
Wasee Allaah ‘Abbaas said, “It is not permissible to abbreviate the salaams in general in one’s writing, just as it is not permissible to abbreviate the salaah and salaam on the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam). It is also not permissible to abbreviate either of these in one’s speech.” [11]
And Allaah knows best. May the most perfect and complete salaah and salaam be upon our beloved Messenger, and upon his noble family and companions.

The real rasul allah the real ahmad was JESUS.

THE REAL MOTHER OF THE BELIVER WAS MARRY.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT WOMAN IN THE QURAN
THE GOSPEL AND THE TORRAH WHERE IMPORTANT
AND THERE WAS A CLEAR TRINITY.
IT IS CHANGE BEFORE THE SO CALD MOHAMMED AND AFTER.
SOME SCHOLARS EVEN SAY THAT THERE WAS NO PROPHET MOHAMMED.
95 PRECENT OF THE VERSES THAT TALKS ABOUT MOHAMMED IS ABOUT JESUS. IN THE QURAN.
THE HADITS CAME LATER. EVERYTHING CHANGE.
      MOHAMMED BECAME THE RASUL ALLAH
AND AISHA BECAME THE MOTHER OF THE BELIVERS
JESUS DID NOT DIE ON THE CROSS .

    Bismilaah, Alhamdulilah,
wa Salaatu wa Sallaam 'Alaa man laa nabiyu ba'dahu,
    Assalafiyaah is the way because:
the salaf u salih would easily recognize the errors of these hadith rejectors and would easily refuted them right away.
Hawaa-ism makes you drown in your own desires because :
People who've discussed with these hadith rejectors have a hard time in a proper demolition of the falsehood these guys carried out.
    Choose the right teachers because:
The great salafi Scholars of the past and present have given us the tools, but little are able to understand nor read a page without having their eyes popping out.
With out Taqwa and the right understanding of the knowledge you do more harm than good because:
It gives bad image to the dawah of Islam that everyone has a hard time refuting and explaining and as if they are looking for a new religion. So fear Allaah Al muntaqim. He is able to take revenge even upon your own self who is inviting to Islam without clear guidance.
This reminds me of the Favors of Allaah because:
One of the blessings of Allah upon this Ummah is that when someone refers to the quran without a sound understanding that it will expose him or her. The proof is the prophet peace and blessings be upon him closed the doors to misguidance and said "the one who ahdathaa (introduces) in this case of ours which does not belongs in it, it is radd (rejected) "
    and
"the one who 'aamilaa (acts) upon something what our command does not support, it is radd (rejected)
He (peace and blessings be upon him, his family and rightly guided Muslims after him) , closed both ways of misguidance in this case through speech and actions.
Refuting the hadith rejector and the likes, which I've met before in the past:
With hadith rejectors like these you have to ask about subjects which all Muslims should acknowledge for them to validate their Islam.
Example a subject arise from the Quran and was only explained by Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him.
Q:"Do you believe that there's a punishment in the grave in a place between this world and the hereafter?"
A:"they have to reject because they didn't get the right understanding of the Quran."
    and
"they will certainly say that they do not believe in it, because they don't find it in the Quran. Deaf stupid and blind they can not understand.
As a Muslim salafi, the scholars who I've followed their teachings gave the verses which explains that Allaah mentioned in the Quran concerning the punishment of the grave. That's where i can expose them properly with wisdom and evidence in sha Allaah subhanahu wa ta'aalaa .
    There are three places:
    This worldy life
    The Hereafter
    and
The place between the two which is called Barzag.
    Allaah Subhanahu wa ta'aalaa says about firawn (the farao) : ٱلنَّارُ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَيْهَا غُدُوًّا وَعَشِيًّا ۖ وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدْخِلُوٓاْ ءَالَ فِرْعَوْنَ أَشَدَّ ٱلْعَذَابِ
يُعْرَضُونَ the right understanding from the tafaseer is present times and right now
in the morning and the evening.
The Farao and his allies who got killed by drowning are right now getting fire punishment in the morning and the evening until the hour will take place.
Pits of fire for the worshippers among the heretics and gardens for the disobedient among the people of Sunnah as mentioned by ahmad ibn Hanbal may Allaah have mercy on him.
تَقُومُ is something that takes place in the future in this case the Hour.
And the prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him said to Umm al mumineen 'Aa-ishaa may Allaah be pleased with her: " the punishment of the grave is haqq (truth)... "
And Allaah subhanahu wa ta' aalaa said :
    وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ
"And what the messenger gives you, take it.. "
    and
"and whomsoever obeys the messenger, verily has obeyed Allaah, and whosoever turns away, we did not sent you (o, Muhammad) as a guardian"
    and
    وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
"And obey Allaah and the messenger so you will be shown mercy"
The ones who denies it, denies the Quran because:
Wat the messenger gives you, TAKE IT!
Peace and blessings be upon Muhammad, his family and the rightly guided from his ummah
    Alhamdulilah.
    And Allaah knows best

Refutation to the false claim that Hadith were written 200 years after the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him).
Evidence that the Hadith were written during the Life of the Prophet (Peace And Blessings of Allah be upon him), on his command and approval.
Abdullah Ibn Amr (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “I used to write down everything that I heard from the messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him), intending to commit it to memory, I spoke about it to the messenger of Allah. And he said: “Write down, for I only speak the truth.” (Tirmidhi).
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “None preserved more Hadith than me, but Abdullah Ibn Amr (May Allah be pleased with him) is an exception, for he used to write.” (Sahih Al Bukhari).
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “By Him In whose hand is the soul of Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him), write down, for only I only speak the truth.” (Sunan Abu Dawud).
Rafi Ibn Khadij (May Allah be pleased with him), said to the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him), “I hear from you many things, should I write them down?” Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “You May Write, there is no harm.” (Tadrib Al Rawi).
Abu Rafi (May Allah be pleased with him) sought permission of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) to write Hadith, and he permitted him to do so. (Tirmidhi)
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered a lecture on the day of conquest of Makkah and Abu Shaah, a Yemeni companion, stood up and said, “O Messenger of Allaah! Get it written for me.” The Messenger of Allaah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “WRITE IT for Abu Shaah.” (Al Luqatah, 2254, Tirmidhi 2667, Sahih).
Also, on another occasion when Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering the lectures on his Instructions, a companion said: “O Allah’s messenger! Get that written for me.” The Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the companions to write that for him (Sahih Al Bukhari).
Abdullah Ibn Amr (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated, Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Preserve knowledge.” He asked: “How should It be preserved?” Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: “By Writing.” (Tirmidhi).
The great companion Muawiyah (May Allah be pleased with him) wrote to Al Mughira (May Allah be pleased with him), “Write to me a Hadith you have heard from Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him).” (Sahih Al Bukhari)
The fourth rightly guided Caliph, Ali Ibn Abu Talib (May Allah be pleased with him) said about his compilation: “it deals with The Diyya (compensation (blood money) paid by the killer to the relatives of the victim), the ransom for the releasing of the captives from the hands of the enemies, and the law that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for the killing of (a disbeliever). (See also Saheeh Bukhari, Volume 004, Book 053, Hadith Number 397, Volume 009, Book 083, Hadith Numbers 040 & 50)
He further said: “...written in this paper which contains verdicts regarding (retaliation for) wounds, the ages of the camels (given as Zakat or as blood money) and the fact that Medina is a sanctuary in between Air mountain to so-and-so (mountain). So, whoever innovates in it an heresy or commits a sin or gives shelter in it, to such an innovator will incur the Curse of Allah, the angels and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted. And whoever (freed slave) takes as his master (i.e. befriends) other than his real masters will incur the same (Curse). And the asylum granted by any Muslim is to be secured by all the other Muslims, and whoever betrays a Muslim in this respect will incur the same (Curse)." (Sahih Al Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 53, Hadith 397).
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Write down, for I only speak the truth.” (Al Hakim)

Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “It is incumbent upon those who are present to inform about this (Hadith) to those who are absent.” (Sahih Al Bukhari)
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “It is incumbent upon those who are present to inform (about Hadith) to those who are absent, because those who are absent might comprehend what I say better than the present audience.” (Sahih Al Bukhari)

Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “He who is present here, should take this message (The Hadith) to him who is absent.” (Sahih Al Bukhari)
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When I narrate a Hadith to you, then take it.” (Tirmidhi 2679)
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “May Allah gladden a man, who hears a Hadith from us, so he memorises it and conveys it.” (Tirmidhi 2656)

Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “May Allah cause his face to shine, a man who hears a Hadith from us, so he remembers it and conveys it, and perhaps to whom It is conveyed it understands it better than the one who heard it first.” (Sunan Ibn Majah, Book of Sunnah, Hadith 232).
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Preach what you hear me say. Also let those who see and hear me, take upon themselves to communicate my words to others and preach to their children, relatives and friends.” (ISLAMIAT Book)
Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) said: “Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) spoke in a distinct, clear manner, so anyone who listened to him could understand it.” (Sunan Abu Dawud 4839)
Aisha (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “The Speech of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) was so clear that anyone who listened to him, could understand it.” (Sunan Abu Dawud)
Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) used to repeat his speech multiple times to make sure that the companions memorised his Hadith.
Anas Ibn Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “Whenever he [The Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him)] spoke a sentence, he used to repeat it thrice.” (Sahih Al Bukhari 94)
Anas Ibn Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “Whenever the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) spoke, he used to repeat it thrice.” (Sahih Al Bukhari 95)
Abdullah Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him), the companion and the cousin of the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him), relates: “When the Messenger of Allah died, I said to one Ansari, 'Let us ask the Companions of the Prophet as there are still a lot of them.' He replied, 'Quite curious, don't you think, O Ibn Abbas, that people will be in need of you while a great number of the Companions of the Prophet are still surviving?' So I left him and started asking the Companions. Sometimes when a hadith was reported to me by anyone of them, I used to approach their houses and found them taking rest at noon. So I would rest my head on my cloak at their door while the wind blew dust on my face till the man came out and said: 'O cousin of the Prophet, what brought you here? Why did you not call for me so that I could come to you myself?' I would say: 'No, you deserve to be visited by me.' Then I asked him concerning hadith." [Mustadrak al-Hakim, 1/107]

Abu Ayyub al-Ansari travelled to Uqba ibn Amir to enquire about a single hadith that no one that remained alive had heard direct from the Prophet other than them. He said to the Governor of Egypt, "A hadith which I heard from the Prophet and now from those left alive no one except for me and Uqba heard it from the Prophet direct. So please provide me with anyone who can guide me to his house." The Governor sent for someone who directed him to Uqba's house who, on hearing the news of Abu Ayyub's arrival, came out hurriedly, saying, "What brings you here, O Abu Ayyub?" He replied, "A hadith about protecting a believer that I heard from the Prophet and no one else except me and you are left who heard it from him." Why did you not call for me so that I could come to you myself?' I would say: 'No, you deserve to be visited by me.' Then I asked him concerning hadith." [Mustadrak al-Hakim, 1/107]
