Setting a traditional Swedish Christmas table at Brändön Lodge

At Brändön Lodge, in Luleå, Swedish Lapland - a traditional Swedish Christmas table have been set since the 1980s. The kitchen make everything from scratch and when Christmas is coming a certain vibe enters the kitchen - for better and worse.

As one of the extremely fortunate people to have been a guest this past Christmas to witness and share in the veritable feast that was prepared, I can vouch that it was wholly stunning. I was not aware so many foods existed!!! The always friendly, happy, positive kitchen and waiting team were also worthy of accolaid for giving up some of their own Christmas with such gracious goodwill. Loved every minute.
