Don't get me wrong, there is no such thing as a perfect justice system. Even in first world countries like United States, innocent people get executed. But the point is that the justice system of the Philippines is very unjust and unfair, so much so that death penalty will do more harm and will be to no benefit. So before we can install such a strict justice system, we must first change the way it works. I really do want death penalty to be enforce for heinous crime but only if there is a fair judgement between rich and poor. It's a protection for everyone and an assurance for the person who died and his/her family that they will receive the proper justice. But of course if someone accidentally killed someone for example protecting themselves. There should be an exemption.
