    The summary of this conversation; Health CS is a quack, incompetent and innocent when it comes to matters her ministry. She is knowledgeably dwarfed! Thank you

    😫 😩 😭 kenyans should actually be on the streets together with the doctors 🥼 because if they win we patients win 🏆.

    Statehouse tea budget increased to 4billion! Yet you reduce stipend of intern doctors by over 90% ... Kenya is a bonkers country 😂

    What is wrong with Kenyan Politicians? It takes years to train our doctors. These are extremely valuable National and Strategic Human Assets. I do not understand the logic and rationale of firing lethal weapons at Kenyan Doctors. You have to be absolutely insane to carry out such an order. I have noticed serious disrespect for skilled workers in Kenya 🇰🇪 We treat our skilled labor with contempt, be they doctors, nurses, pilots, teachers . We cannot become an advanced nation with a high quality of life if we do not value our skilled workers. They will simply leave and go to other countries, causing our economy irreparable harm.

    Tulikasirika sana kwa daktari kupigwa. Politicians must stop that. It is wrong. Walipwe pesa kama politicians. Sababu politicians mishahara yao mukubwa hutoka wapi? Wanapiga daktari? Very bad. Picha mbaya sana.
    Pole daktari.

    Why aren't they cutting the salaries of the legislatures, the president and his deputy, the judges, the PS, close so useless embassies etc. Cut reno and tea budgets from statehouse and deputy president's office. Kenya is going backwards. Drs don't go back to work until you get everything you are asking for. Your pay cut will the legislature's pay raise. Don't trust govt. When you go to work before you get what you asked for, govt thinks it is a game. DON'T GO BACK TO WORK UNTIL YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU WANT.

    If you want to know who doctors are, they are the top 100 students country wide in KCSE.
    Even the top student in the 2017 exams countrywide was one of the interns who was not hired. If it’s US, that’s Harvard material

    Which year did Nakhumicha graduate from high school and which high school, when did she join MTC and when did she graduate? , when did she travel to USA and get hired as head of supplies at University of California in San Francisco? and for how long did she work there? and at what circumstances did she get hired as a citizen/ green card holder?, why did she chose to do a pharm tech “degree “which is obviously inferior to her MTC diploma? and how old is she ?

    Industrial harmony is an act of good faith. A strike is initiated when that harmony has not been honoured, meaning bad faith or what was agreed hasn't been actualized. That is as simple as it is Latiff.
    I actually listened a short on Nakhumicha saying what Daktari is saying here, or the cause of the strike is envy or jealous by KEMSHA cartels who are fighting her back...!!! Sad and absurd!!

    Wait a minute! How in the world can an employer get up one day and say that an employee's salary would be cut by at least 90%? I have never heard of it! Obviously, something has gone wrong somewhere, Dr. Atellah. When an employer is in a financial bind and cannot meet the payroll, I would expect at least a partial payment of the employee's salary, instead of violating the binding agreement in place between the two parties!

    Listening to Davji one cannot help but think the problem is the health CS who by all intent or purposes, run short of advising or guiding the president on the real issues on the ground. Trashing a signed and registered CBA saying it lapsed is in my view a mockery of the rights of Doctors in kenya. It also defeats the aspect of good faith as Davji is alluding. I wish stakeholders can chip in to break the stalemate otherwise the status i the health sector is worsening by day. The hustler is real feeling it deep for the first time since independence. Is our president seeing or listening to the cries of his voters???

      Excuse me sir. Murder is an act of comission, not omission. There is no Dr. who has killed anyone. A Dr. staying out of work is their right. Just like you can stay out of yours. But I see a govt that has neglected it's people and a very patient and resilient workforce. Slavery is not a solution to sympathisers of a corrupt govt.

    • @fredsagala2177
      @fredsagala2177 Місяць тому

      Whichever comes first, you don’t abandon your patients to die in agony, between medicine is not just any other profession, 21st century problems requires 21st century solutions and industrial action isn’t the priority, dialogue is!

    • @andrewwainaina9267
      @andrewwainaina9267 Місяць тому +2

      Dialogue is not a one sided affair. Your assumption is that in between strikes doctors don't do anything to support dialogue and that govt has all the goodwill. I think you need more insight into the history of the issues at hand.

    • @fredsagala2177
      @fredsagala2177 Місяць тому

      @@andrewwainaina9267 I’m very privy to the issues at hand, why did KMPDU SG evade the question by Latiff on the root cause of the problem?
      Blaming the current regime 💯 is unnecessary, thus requires sober engagement and not tradition maandamano, that’s archaic way of resolving issues, NOT in the medical field!

    • @adventure_quester

      @@fredsagala2177 The govt has our money, let them pay the doctors and implement CBA. You are missdirecting your energy. Ask the govt why they have not sorted all the issues IN CBA 2017 since the last strike. Mps should be paid that 25k and medical interns those millions Mps earn
