No the joke was how most times in early parts of UC gundams whenever some random dude went "Its a gundam!" When they see it they wind up getting royally dicked.
I know it's just in the manga X1 didn't have the vents of the RX type on its faceplate it was blank until it opens for heat disapation. and when it does open it looks more like a mouth then the F91's faceplate.

In Steel 7 story, Tobia refuse to ask Seabook rejoin when he finds out Seabook got 2 kids and he will be very sorry to Cecily if Seabook die. And yeah, in Steel 7 story, 4 people (Drake, Europa, Burns and Giri) died
Yep. Got to say I am a little disappointed that they didn't make a new version of this piece or "His name is Mafty Navilles Erin." Then again, after "Crossbone Vanguard Space Pirate Battle Theme" in Another Century's Episode: R was taken straight from SD Gundam G Generation Spirits, I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised.
i doubt they did want to save the budget for making song. so they used bgm from another game since srw is officially owned by bandai namco. (since 2008 maybe?)
They've never copy-pasted music from a past game that's not even an SRW, for a brand new SRW game before. It's very disappointing, and I expect it's because of the premium music version of the game they're pushing out.

It's a damn shame, since they did make a new version of Crossbone theme for SRW Alpha 2 and IMO it's still the best version of the song.
