i dont know where the third screw went, but still its fixed fine on 2 screws. Yes some lancers have different holders, so what u can do is get t5 holders and bulbs and fit it in ur lancer
Try installing those LEDS which have some kinda regulator/chip installed in circuit so it may counter the variations of voltages. Usually what happens is that LED gets fused / magnifies its resistance if their is variation in volatages. So to counter that, now leds comes with some built in voltage regulator chip which is usually a very tiny IC installed on LED assembly. The one i ordered had that installed! Also, if led starts blinking, its time to replace it :-)

Cant remember exactly. Would u mind checking rthe fuse box under dash? The fuse box cover has a label on it with fuses and numbering on it

Where lost third screw whar hold speedometer panel to car body?
T5 holders not are same every Lancer, can't take bulbs out like u show.
