I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 175K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities

What I am hearing is that the "Big" problem is just the compounding of little problems. By stareteng with the small, eventually, the " Big" gets addressed and overcome/changed.
I’d like to do something like this for the homeless and people in need starting in the city of Atlanta.

How did water bills get so high to begin with? Did the operators spend more money on consultants and studies than on infrastructure maintenance & capital replacement?

Detroit does have more black people than any other color, though. But regardless, if you are doing what you can to help yourself and still coming up short...there should be help for you , no matter the color.
