Fantastic video thank you I'm getting ready to order my car port and it's has windows also on the sides and I'm definitely going to make sure that the polls Enter locked like yours I like that
Attach a length of 2" PVC pipe to the bottom of the 'roll up" panels to run the entire width..... it will be very easy for one person to roll them up/down with no wrinkles.
Yes. I had an older one (not the same brand), but a snow storm and some ice destroyed it. I'll find a way to brush the snow/ice off before it builds up.
Use some "loop end" ratchet straps from one side to the other, tighten carefully (don't overtighten). I used two 2" straps for each of the 3 "sections". I also bought a second top tarp. We get feet of snow here, and it's strong enough to not worry about it at all.
Hey great video I’m thinking about getting of these for a narrow driveway is it possible to modify the frame like smaller instead of a 10x20 can I make it into a 8x 18
@@SmallEngineDIY Thank you, good advice. Born and raised here in the North Country. Not unusual to have -20 degrees ambient temp. And when it gets warm 20-25 degrees it snows a bunch. Hey, NH Live, Freeze and Die. Thanks.

Unfortunately this carport is garbage. I initially thought it was well designed and well made. But after 4 months (April thru August) the seam in the roof is splitting, the clips at the bottom of each pole have pulled thru the stitching, and in most places the tan coating is dry rotting and the weave of the fabric is pulling apart. I’m very disappointed and fortunately Amazon gave us a full refund. Good luck getting any response from Gardesol. But beware because I see other vendors sell the same carport.
Great 1 man (and dog ) assembly ! Looks like a sturdy structure.

Looks like a great carport for you to store and work on your machines. Great job of putting it up. Thanks for the videos.
Thanks for watching!
Use a couple spring clamps to hold the tarp pieces in place while you secure them with the fasteners. Wind be damned!
thanks for the demo. Enjoyed
Thanks!
Happy your got some shade, Texas is hot and dry
Tools get so hot you can’t handle them to
Wind entered the chat
Carport is flying away

You probably could modify it. Cut the poles down to the size you need.
Hello, I am looking for 10x10, please if you could give me information, I would appreciate it.
Will it withstand a wjnd storm w/o flying away?
Your opinion, do you think this is rugged enough to survive a northern New Hampshire? Great vid!
That would be tough. So far it is lasting through high winds, but I wouldn't let any snow or ice build up on it.

Is that Husqvarna a parts mower?
I’m looking to buy one but I want heavy duty fabric , based on your experience so far do you recommend this canopy ?
Yes. I was very pleased with the quality. It is outlasting my other canopy.

Why not just have a metal car port installed?
Maybe the price or maybe the zoning. My town requires a permit for a metal carport but not for one these. Jmo
It's portable. Easy to take down and move.
