I have worked as a developer, senior developer, lead and beyond that for many years. Today, I felt very bad after seeing how these young guys and girls are working. We should highly appreciate the founders of the company that they are doing such a great work creating opportunities, creating effective products and generating money. On the contrary, I greatly criticize them for being so insensitive about working environment and people's health.
First thing, it is over crowded and congested. Developer's work are highly technical and requires creativity. For that you need proper space to think and be creative. He calls the helmet rack as a lobby to mingle. That was hilarious.
Second thing, I found only UX/UI people have double screen. Coding require looking at the screen for long hours. Developers must have a 24"" inch monitor to work without affecting their eyes.
The rooms are very dark. I don't know if it is the video quality but the rooms lack proper lighting.
This is the misery of Nepali Entrepreneurs and business owners. They care less about employee well being. They invest very little to provide better work station and employee benefits. All they care is profit and completion of projects.
However, there are few companies where work environment are given priority. Cotiviti, Leapfrog, Deehold, Logpoint and many other companies do care about employee. Even the Hamropatro video of TechPana shows what a good working desk should look like.
Which is the best IT company of nepal in terms of all aspects in your POV?
The employees should have their own little space to think and put their thoughts into action. Here I see the place is little too overcrowded as the working space and circulation space is all mingled. I think the company needs to put some thought on the working environment and improve the interior keeping the employees work efficiency on mind. Besides that everything looks great!

when he said face to face baserw kaam gargnu pacha in overcrowded place he definitely doesn't know about creativity space. A developers need quite place to be creative and productive. As a manager he doesn't know how work envoirment works .

I feel so blessed and grateful to God about my job after comparing the job environment there.

looks like a call center with employees cramped into little space. Developers don't even have multiple screen. This is how modern slavery looks like. The company seems to follow the foot steps of indian IT companies.

Lighting is fine. You need dim light so that you don't have to increase the brightness of monitors which is eye stressing.

As top IT company, I was not satisfied with the way the company managed its sitting area. It really looks boring & close working environment only distracts your work.They really need open space & better enviroment.

I knew this company was shit but I didn't know it's like a pig farm. Please give your developer some space and an extra monitor. They seem pretty much sad, please give them some money and send them on the vacation.
I've seen many big companies in Nepal that just keep 99% profit for themselves and give only 1% percent to their employee in the name of salary.
For trainees, they are just providing 15k. Nowadays the person who sweeps get's more than 50k. Shame on this so-called IT company. Not recommending any of my friends to ever join this company.

Well it's Nepal, can't really say environment for the workers and co-workers is not up to par or unsatisfactory. Ministers of Nepal sucks I believe IIT is final hope.
I think a few years later maybe the environment of the employees will get to some standard. Coding in JAVA in such a crowded environment, I have respect to all the employees.
