i think the contract: city of pearl in manila bay was cancelled. they replaced it with a new contract. now its called harizon manila. which is a few hectars bigger as the city of pearl. instead 7 islands they made harizon manila only 3 islands. but base of my research they approved the city of pearl with another contract and another developer. so there will be more massive reclamation projects in manila bay. the current approved reclamation projects in manila bay are now- waterfront city- pasay city expansion- solar city- harizon manila and navotas city. soon there will be more reclamation projects in manila bay because manila is so crowded and populated there is no more space for huge developments so they need to expand from the land to the sea.
Hanoi should have spent a lot of land to build universities for education and to build parks to balance air pollution. Around Hanoi there are too many industrial zones [and large factories. We should protect our health.
