You realize you're putting extra stress on yourself, to be accountable. 3. You're likely, like me, a person who overplans so you don't run out of things to do and you hit top efficiency. 4. YOU'VE GOT TOO MUCH ON YOUR LIST!!! YOU'RE NOT SANTA LOL. Try today to make a 3-item list. And if you find yourself trying to do more than 3 things that take a lot of your attention... recognize you're overdoing and try to scale back for the coming days. ❤❤❤ When you're so concerned about another person, you always have 2 jobs: taking care of them and anticipating what they need, when they can't ask for it.
