    I saw these a Hmart and bought them not even knowing what to do with them. Thank you for this recipe I will definitely make as I have all the other ingredients in my cabinet!!

    Oh! So that's what they're called! Haha. If you ever have time, do you think you could say the name of the dish you're making in Cantonese? Or at least say the Cantonese name of the vegetable? Sometimes I have trouble finding the vegetable in the market, and it's faster if I can ask! =D
