Seriously, I wasn't expecting Engineer Sahb to be this interactive and entertaining in a podcast , he literally handled the whole podcast scenario so gracefully. One of the reasons for his education/knowledge (among others) is the fact that he spent time with (and exchanged views with) Hz. Maulana Mufti Ishaq Madani RA (may Allah SWT bless his departed soul with Janna'h, Aameen). Hz. Maulana Mufti Ishaq RA was a LION of Islam, with no sign of "I" in his talks, ever. He simply delivered the teachings of Islam, The Noble Quran and the way and life of The Noble Prophet & Messenger PBUH. Till this day (and every single time I listen to his videos), my eyes get moist with tears remembering Hz. Maulana Mufti Ishaq RA. May Allah SWT bless his departed soul with His unending and limitless Mercy. Aameen.

Mooroo did such a great job by questioning and dealing with them so sensibly. The matters were really sensitive to be talked about to a religious scholar and he got the courage and base to do it. So highly impressed!!!
Critical, on-point questions, answered logically without selling the emotion factor. Which were considered too hard to ask or answer in the previous ages of extremism. We are evolving alhumdullilah. Islam is wallah the most beautiful when one thinks of it critically and logicall , the faith gained by this is unmatched. Beautiful podcast!

I LEFT ISLAM after struggling with justifying Slavery, i simply cannot do that it is inhumane and no God can allow it. The bigger issue on stake was raping those slaves that too on the same night we kill their Husbands. Atleast Allah could have prohibited that! I tbh can’t defend that. Abhram lincoln took that step at the time when slavery was the integrated part of their economy but Allah couldn’t? First we attack and kill their husbands, fathers and brothers in battles, and on the same freakin night we used to rape them.
In Verse 4:24, you “can” marry your Slaves! Its mere an option rather than obligation! Religion is immoral simply!

@@lovepakistan3659 dear you can opt whichever religion you want to adopt. But do comparisons of the religions. If you find something better than Islam then go for it but I recommend you see things in totality, not a singular teaching of any religion.
I also advise you to listen to the views of legit Islamic scholars on controversial issues including how to treat female slaves.
Last but not least, if this system was so permissible, why would it become obsolete with time? So much so Allah has left the world and decisions to the people. Allah will not come to do the right thing every time. Its people who are responsible. If your objection is accepted then the martyrdom of Hassan and Hussaim and the attack on Kaaba is also objectionable because Allah didn't stop them.

He said: Yes, and added: We went out with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the expedition to the Bi'l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing 'azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah's Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born. Sahih Muslim Book 8 Number 3371

This 1 hour, 44 minutes have changed my perception of how I had been looking & perceiving religion all my life.
I have come to conclusion that the mainstream ulema of the subcontinent is very very sensitive on each and every social / primary issue and have made simpler things quite difficult/complicated probably.
Islam is simple and as he has put it, we should go search for facts rather than blindly following personalities which I believe is a one big issue of our nation in political context as well. (blindly following personalities).

The video where he appears to be defending to you stooges, in that video a sunni scholar said that in the book it is also written that the person who is alleged to have asked his mureed to say chisti rasool Allah was not in his sound state of mind...
When a person utters something while he is not in his sound state of Mind then that person cannot be accused of speaking objectionable thing...
We Sunnis despise Chisti Rasool Allah and regard it as kufar and also regard it as wrongly ascribed to great saint.

Please please I request you to do your research, I too watched this interview and was blown away by his eloquent speech but fret doing my research on this man and listening to his various speeches and hearing him spew extreme filth and hatred against the beloved companions of our Holy Prophet s.a.w, I have realized how misleading and misguiding this man truly is.. if u really are interested in religion, and have love of our Prophet and his companions in your heart, then you will surely understand what I am trying to say and make you aware and alert of… this man is a FITNAH… don’t say you were not warned …

I LEFT ISLAM after struggling with justifying Slavery, i simply cannot do that it is inhumane and no God can allow it. The bigger issue on stake was raping those slaves that too on the same night we kill their Husbands. Atleast Allah could have prohibited that! I tbh can’t defend that. Abhram lincoln took that step at the time when slavery was the integrated part of their economy but Allah couldn’t? First we attack and kill their husbands, fathers and brothers in battles, and on the same freakin night we used to rape them.
In Verse 4:24, you “can” marry your Slaves! Its mere an option rather than obligation! Religion is immoral simply!
