I have a very strong affiliation with general respect and how people interact with me and others. This morning, I was almost knocked off and surprised when someone on the forum insulted me and addressed me in an unacceptable manner. I didn't engage but it came out of nowhere.
Why do people who suffer from mental illness and are obsessed with someone (like a celebrity for example), and genuinely believe they are married to them, don´t manifest them?

And you know Allah has other names 99 +, he gave humans 99 to know, others are Al Kareem = The Most Generous. For example, Allah gives us the generous gift of awareness, free will, abundance, already having everything, having heaven within. Another name, Al Rahman - The Most Gracious, another name reflecting grace, giving, gift. It is also a Chapter in the Quran and it talks about all the blessings Allah gives. Many of them comparing what he gives on earth to what he will give in heaven. Those things only slightly differing in being BETTER in heaven than it is on earth. An example: fruit- will look the same as on earth but taste better and slightly different in heaven. I had a breakthrough moment this morning when I realized that I can simply imagine the state of the wish fulfilled without the need to actually manifest it. This takes away the stress and pressure of demanding and insisting that it becomes a fact. If I’ve already experienced vividly and accepted it fully, why would I still need it?

So when it comes to manifesting a relationship with an SP, affirmations and other techniques specifically for SP are not really necessary at all? Just by changing how I see myself, if I think I'm attractive, pursued, everybody commits to me, etc that would be all, that would be enough for me to do?

It really works, it's just about removing everything that isn't you, basically all your limiting beliefs. This weekend I was invited to my friends house it was quite a big gathering on her rooftop overlooking the city. At night we played 30 seconds which is that game where you have 30 seconds to describe as many items on the card as possible and there were 35 people there and I only knew 2. Well now I know way more coz I ended up making friends and being invited to another gathering. After my turn at the game with only mild anxiety and then breezing through it, I realized I'd never have been able to do that a few years ago coz I was so shy. Now I found it fun. I'm still an introvert but I don't mind people, I like socializing for a bit. I felt like a new person until my ex messaged. I didn't speak to or text him since we broke up a year ago, I'd just leave him on read but neither did I block him coz I didn't want him to show up at my house if he wanted to contact me. I ignored the messages at first but they were stressing me out so I asked what he wanted eventually and he said he just wants to know if I moved on, how long it took me to move on, and that he's beating himself up if only I knew...I was like wtf is going on 😅 part of me wanted to make him feel worse but that's not me. I mean he got married a month after we broke up, my ego was basically shattered at that point. I told him that I genuinely didn't want him to beat himself up and that he should focus on his future coz he can't be happy if he's living in the past. Obviously I need to go inward and release this pattern coz it wouldn't be showing up in my reality if it's resolved.
I've had two specific times where I was in a moment of pure joy and gratitude when my ex texted me out of nowhere after a long period of no contact. I swear, it's always a test lol

How can we believe in different outcome if the situation in a front of us is denying it ? Let’s say you went for a date and you like the person but the person only wants a friendship? So I should tell myself different story ? Like they want dating ? That’s like resisting reality. I am confused 😐

The thing I don't understand about this mental work is that there are physical things you can't change. People get amputations. How do you "think" your way out of an amputation? How do you "accept" that you've lost a limb?

I dont agree with that explanation of "the truth shall set us free".
To me it means that we look deeper then the appearance and see that their crappy behavior has nothing to do with us and that it is mostly a cover up behavior to deal with their own innerconflict or insecurities. That objective truth shall make you free because then you no longer take their behavior personally.
