My bf told me he was praying for someone exactly like me for 5 months nonstop. I was like "What do you mean 'exactly like me'?" So he said he started praying on * and he mentioned a very specific day and month that he started * and I was pretty shocked when he said this because that date is very significant to me and I haven't told a soul about this date or why it was significant, so there's no way anyone could've known because it's not a birthday or anything I've ever posted about or told anyone about. But hey I can't believe he was praying for someone like me this is the actual surprise 😂 but I'm very happy he was tho.

@@minky4676 I just knew I couldn't be positive all the time, like I had to confront everything I was afraid of in order to be truly happy and make peace with my shadow and even stay in the pain in order to sooth it, instead of just trying to distract myself or pretend it didn't exist. I had been pretending my entire life until I allowed others to cry on my shoulder and see how healing tears could be, so I'm definitely not a 'just think positive rainbows' kinda person. I'm the friend you come to when shit just got real and I won't dismiss your pain or tell you to think positive, I'll let you feel it to heal it 😊💕 but that's my way and there are many ways to reach your destination so everyone can do what works for them
@@minky4676 how can we know happiness if we never experienced pain. Your euphoria is higher the more trauma you've overcome 😊 and you can help more people in darker places because you've been where they are

Driving around with my husband and was really wanting Chinese food. Honestly the most exciting thing to manifest because it seems so trivial but I’m just as happy as when something big comes along.
Being in a positive mindset really does bring unexpected blessings. I’m lying in bed rn and I moved to turn a different way and my hand accidentally brushed over a piece of chocolate from a chocolate bar I was eating an hour ago. Sounds gross, but it wasn’t melted. I’m so glad I found a piece of chocolate I hadn’t eaten yet. A small thing like that. Finding tasty chocolate I thought I’d eaten all of.

DearJoseph, last time I mentioned praying towards the east towards Jerusalem and where the temple stood with the ark of the covenant and the 10 commandments inside. This is a physical representation of G-d on earth. Its designated location will never change and will have a spark of holiness going in all directions for eternity.
New subscriber here. I was thinking a lot the day i came across this video. I was asking many "why" questions and having so many negative feelings about my life and the state of the world. Now, Im not a religious person, but i do respect spirit and a higher power, which i do not feel comfortable giving a name because all i know is that they exist. Anyway, when you mentioned "God is within," it really resonated with me because that is how i have come to understand that relationship. Another thing that popped into my head is a verse I'm pretty sure comes from the bible, which is (paraphrasing). "I am the way, the truth, and the light," and I think it makes sense if im comprehending this video correctly. So, If you understand that God is within, and that is truth, you must trust it and allow yourself to believe that, wholely, right? I am probably not making sense lol I'm sure someone in this comment section will help me sort this out, lmao 😅

I've been arriving at the realization myself that what I need to do is focus on maintaining my inner connection, whatever I experience externally; also to focus on setting and actualizing goals, to avoid distraction. I can stumble around trying to find my way, but there is nothing like external affirmation to confirm knowing. Your teaching today has really clarified what I need to do. This hasn't been the case in my own experience, I tend to project my own good qualities onto others and most times it's a let down.
@david-eu1ms “Most times it’s a let down” is a glimpse into your subconscious beliefs. Part of the narrative might be “people seem to be good at first, people seem to be like me but sooner or later they prove me wrong.” So it creates a self fulfilling prophecy. Try reframing “People seem good like me and I’m delightfully surprised that they truly are good.” I also recommend working on your shadow and accepting the repressed part of your psyche (vices, etc.) you will be surprised how powerful this is and how quickly experiences shift.

How do you feel what you desire if you’re so heartbroken to feel beyond pain?
Pain is cos you dont want to experience heartbreak. Thats the immediate desire. Accepting a limitless creation power aka God actually opens our mind to come up with desires. Otherwise everything feels impossible and the mind hardly comes up with any desires.
It is okay to feel what you are feeling, for as long as you need to feel it. Recognize that feeling the pain is a step beyond what you were feeling before. Imagine the contrast that you experience now as a blessing when your life is changed by the feeling of your wish being fulfilled. When you start to feel FROM that end state of everything working out, and how wonderful it feels to be blessed with that miraculous unfolding, you will begin to feel gratitude for everything... even the heartbreak you are now feeling. What was once your pain will become your hope. Be mindful of your thoughts, choose how you frame your situation, and you will start to see the change for the better. Keep smiling, friend. It will get better.

You’re great but you need to find another way of explaining things in a more enjoyable ways. This way makes me wanna fall asleeep and I lose my focus. Either you explain things with you talking or something else. Wish you the best
I don’t mean this rudely, but maybe this isn’t the right channel for you. Joseph has always explained things in this way - very methodical, logical, not a lot of bells and whistles or fun graphics. I personally really like that about his channel. However, sometimes, like you, this style of content puts me to sleep - so in those moments I go find a different channel to watch 🤷🏻
