I watched your entry of the sfc and also others (popular ones) im sorry to say, but i appreciated the concept of the others more. One might say its boring, because the concept in itself seems repetitive, but they peeked my interest more than yours did. Additionally, it felt like they created the whole video, whereas your entry seemed to me like a "simple commentary" to put it bluntly. I understand you put a lot of work and effort into it as well, that is why i am giving you my honest opinion. I think everything else might be more appreciated by your ego, but less helpful in total, if your goal is to try it another time next year.
Edit: just got to when you said it felt like your 90 seconds were too short, while others felt like an eternity: i had the complete opposite feeling.

@matth yeah, "constructive criticism" guy wasn't great, and while I disagree with Baumi's stance that any unsolicited criticism isn't constructive it's also REALLY hard to give constructive criticism. But when someone is unsure of something and you point out why it is the way it is... that's pretty constructive to me idk

all I will say is, commander damage is a bad rule only when your deck has an alternate win strategy or an *infinite damage* state because then there are games where you auto loose because they can get infinite life or just build up so much life that you can't do anything.
I rarely ever loose or win games via Commander Damage but it is sometimes the only way someone can win.

the clip (just the end gameplay part) used to have millions of views on the "put tank in the mall" channel before it was removed. Red Bull Gaming's video has it featured in their OG ti8 video with millions of views. NoobFromUA channel also features the match with millions of views. those three are the obvious ones i remember watching multiple times. Not sure why the focus was "valve related releases" when the average dota 2 viewer engages with dota 2 content mainly uploaded by entities other than valve (outside of the official new hero release, true sight or announcement). I could talk about the quality but you went in on the other guy so im gonna leave it.

Is it possible to make neutral creeps respawn faster? Say every 30 seconds rather than every 60 seconds? Map gets cleared so fast when everyone's so strong would add more to do and more farm for everyone
Neutral creep used to spawn every 30sec. Everyone went to jungle. After that valve decided to make neutral creep spawn every 60s

Personally I feel like your short movie was very strong in terms of concept, it was a much needed change from the general concepts that you see around. That's not to say that the other entries aren't original in their on way, but it's nice to reward different concepts from time to time. It might not mean much, but I really liked it :)

I watched your short film entry, and your English was not correct there were words missing, also it sounded slow and awkward like you were reading it. This was quite strange because normally your commentary on youtube is really natural and your English is normally fine. If you are going to read form a script I recommend having a native English speaker check it first. However I really liked it regardless and would have voted for it given the chance.
