    Well done, Dr Ivan.
I appreciate how you performed atraumatic extraction for retained roots 22 and 23 (FDI) and taking the time to cap the implants before inserting artificial bone in the sockets.
    Thank you for sharing.
    Two observations:
    1. Why did you have to work the socket of tooth 23 ( FDI ) several times with the drills ?
    2. Why the decision to have 2 separate implants for teeth 22 and 23?
Why not have only one implant in one socket and do a bridge for the other saddle area?

I’ve had 4 implants done, 2 at a time on each side of mouth , in both cases I had bone grafting which meant after extraction I waited a year to install the implant to ensure there was plenty of bone to mount the implant - very surprised this was all done in one session
After years I’ve had no issues and so glad I had it done ✔️

My Aunt had both top and bottom teeth done and it cost her a whopping $27,000. She wound up developing lung cancer (not related to the procedure) and had to have everything taken out because of her chemo treatments. Think 4x before getting this done.

My sister did implants 3 years ago at 60-80,000.

I had two implants put in last February. The teeth were pulled years ago. The dentist cut my gums open. Screwed in the implants and sewed gums back up. Done in 30 mins. Had no pain at all. Going back to have teeth put in next month.

Once you hit a certain age; if your teeth are at a point where you just keep spending money to keep them healthy enough to eat, I’d say full mouth all on 4/6 implants are the only way to go!
Permanent, always nice and straight, strong enough for 🍏 and 🥕 and everything in between, no more pain EVER😅 and depending on who you go to, they look so real, NOBODY knows.
Regular dentures all look like dentures… too perfectly straight, too white, gum color is off, and the overall match of the look, doesn’t match the persons face
