Thank You Nithya🙏for your profound offerings. Each offering takes us deeper and deeper which enables us to get in touch with unknown issues which are burried deep within. As I followed your sharing of watching a hanging skeleton through a glass case, I was reminded of seeing the same while studying. Though not a science student but out of curiosity...which was scarry, especially the skull, face and hands. Today, as I reminiscence what I saw then as a student...tears welled up in my eyes as the memory of the dangling skeletal hands reminded me of my mother's unusual soft hands which, as a child, I often touched, clasped and entwined my fingers in hers and fell asleep. This morning I watched the video again and prayed for my immediate ancestors, asking God to shine HIS perpetual light on them to RIP and to keep reminding me often...to THANK them profusely for my journey on the spiritual path guided by YOU Nithya.THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH NITHYA🙏
Thank you Nithya. This idea of the body as just a set of bones put together sets one thinking of how attached we get to it when we look at ourselves as we are.

Very powerful contemplation , thank you so very much ❤🙏. This is very useful to lead us to realise the reality
Important truth however bitter and brutal it may appear on face value. Good medicine 💊
