Because so many have asked. I got a rare opportunity for a private tour of Neverland Ranch, now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, once it got listed for sale. No, it's not open for private tours unfortunately. And I apologize for the quality of the video but this is a rare and raw look at what this incredibly famous place looks like now. (Early 2017). All the rides are gone. All the animals, except a llama are gone. But otherwise it's all original, including the train station. Was surreal to visit and stand in every part of MJ's home. You can see so much of it in this raw amateur video I took on my iPhone.

Absolutely. I had the same thought, along with the suspicion that a lot of the childlike features of the estate were there to attract children for a sad man's unnatural appetites. Yes, he was intensely talented, but his personal life was very unappetizing.

Even if he’s not a professional photographer, everyone who has filmed with their phones knows how unpleasant too fast turns are for the viewer. It’s not that I don’t appreciate the time taken to film it, although he or she certainly did it for themselves, so they could watch it again later - I assume this was a visit for people interested in buying it, so of course you try to film it to review it later. But I think it is important to point out when something could’ve been done better - because only if you receive such feedback can you change things in the future.
Neverland is most the beautiful place i've ever seen. Michael lived here for 15 years and i am crying right now because watching this reminds me of him in Neverland. When i grow up i will go to see Neverland. RIP michael jackson I love you and I miss you a lot. From india.

First I would like to thank you for sharing the video. I think the greatest gift that Michael gave and left to everyone. Who knew or knew of him was his music and love. Along with his great generosity towards others. He had so much love for others. I believe that Michael thought the children understood him the best. And they accepted him for who he really was a very kind caring and compassionate person. Neverland ranch is and will always be a part of who Michael was. And if I had the money Neverland would be fully restored. In memory of Michael and to let him know that Neverland ranch that magical place that he loved and made come true along with him will live in our hearts forever.

Michael would not have wanted it back the way it was. After the police, the FBI, and Sneddon went through trashing the place, and planting evidence against him, he left it, never to return. His privacy was completely destroyed, along with his trust of mankind, and he turned his back on it and walked away. They destroyed his home, and his dream, to allow poor, and sick children, to just have a chance to be children and enjoy themselves. I think a museum would be an awesome idea!!
That's also the reason that he was so desperately paranoid, couldn't sleep, had cameras everywhere, and secret rooms. He was afraid of rabid fans who might break into his home and do him harm!! He was NOT A PAEDOPHILE!!!!!

This place is just miraculous! I would love to be able to actually go inside Neverland Ranch and look at how it is now. I wish I could just hit the lottery! I would buy this place so fast. I truly would restore it to how it was and make it a place where terminally ill kids, and families could visit for free. Just a place where you can become a kid again. It's so saddening how much hatred has been revolved around Michael and Neverland, when it was truly a beautiful, happy place. He deserved so much better.
The floors, natural light and fixtures in the main house are absolutely stunning. I really don’t want to ever hear that it gets demolished.

This video made me tear up😢 I remembered most of the places of MJ´s videos such as when he was recording himself in the bathroom of the room next to his, the locks of his room, when he recorded Prince walking through the bathroom on the second floor, the kids room, where his paintings used to be at the entrance, where the kids threw him to the pool, the kitchen where he had a picture with his three kids, and many more😭😭❤️ so sad to know that he is no longer here. What an amazing place to be and live. I could just imagine in the spring when everything was fresh and in full bloom, all the rides and people were there, all the zoo animals, etc, then to be on that train when you got picked at the station after being dropped off by a vehicle that escorts you from the from gate after being buzzed in......WOW! I almost want this on a real level.
