    Why did the volume go mute starting from around 14:04 ? Looks intentional.
    I don't trust the Vice President then...Arap Moi. He might have seen Mboya as a thret to his personal ambition to be the next President of Kenya after Kenyatta.🙄

    Kenya is blessed with some very smart people. The way this professor speaks,the elegance....it reminded me of another intellectual monster Ali Mazrui.❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Very knowledgeable Prof. Macharia Munene, I have followed your analysis of Tom’s political career _ biased to portray that Tom was an overrated charisma, and struggling to fit politically at the time he was killed, everybody knows Tom was at his prime 1966 - 1969 and that’s the reason for being targeted. Why would a politician be killed at a time of his down trend? 55 years after being killed, there is no political and development match to what he achieved…including promoting a knowledge - based economy. Throw a stone any direction from where you are, if it will not land on a development, infrastructure, scholar, career expert touched by Tom. Rubia could not be any match to Tom….this is demonstrated in the many elections Tom won in Nairobi against the camps… you mention would be a threat.

    Njenga was never hanged, as you've mentioned in your video's description. He was spotted in a Lusaka bar after his alleged hanging.

      If this is true, it just shows how corrupt and brutal African so called rulers and politicians were. Very unfortunate.🙄

    Let's not bring a lot of stories including the British or Americans. The leading question is: "Who is the big man? "

    • @texasviper2042
      @texasviper2042 7 місяців тому +4

      The British and Americans played a role, trivial it could be but there is need to touch on them.

    The 'big man' IMHO based on the insights from the Prof was the Kiambu Mafia cabal.
