I was a Fractal and Cortex/Neural Plug Ins fanboy, a MASSIVE fanboy. I tried the ToneX and after that Amplitude max and since then I never touched my my FM9 Turbo and Quad Cortex incl. the Neural Plug Ins again. Fractal and Neural have more effect options but the never got that real-amp-fell. Amplitude/ToneX f*cking NAILED it.
I've just listened to it one more time and I feel that it is a pity that this piece of music is lost in the middle of video for a guitar pedal. You should release it as whole video. It showcases the magic than can occurs when two musicians (and friends probably) connect to the music. That "mistake" in the middle of the song gives also this human character that we are all missing in some of the actual music.
This was really interesting after watching kialls recent webinar i mentioned getting the right tone for the YGA songs so I bought myself a donner arena 2000 amp modeller for around 200 quid . great fun experimenting trying to get the right tones for my YGA songs i just press a different preset for the paricular song and rename it much easier than adjusting the amp and using pedals . and also great excuse to buy new gear i set the amp to a clean tone.

Fantastic tutorial!
Congrats on capturing an obvious moment of musical joy shared between friends. That jam was just…special.
Thanks so much!
The last part of the video where you two guys are jamming was perfect.

i really love amplitube and use it a lot, i really can recommend it, but the price seems bit too high ...
@herbst1398 do you have the Max version? Not sure if I should get the Tonex or Max. I have the standard A5
Yes, but they have sales all the time. I got Max for 100 bucks during one of their sales
