I did, i bout a new flat brim snapback and curved it with my hands but not too much but it didn't stay... so I used the rubber band technique and that worked better but I still didn't get the shape i wanted. So lastly I tried the steamer method like in this video and I curved it again, now exactly how I wanted. I messed up a few times and kept resteaming it too... so i think as long as you dont bend the brim, and you soften the brim enough before curving it is safe to curve again.
