Helmets who's outer shell break is good, this means that the shell is taking all the impact force. Also if you fall or meet with an accident with a helmet, no matter how good the helmet is after the fall, you have to change it, it's commin sense. Helmets should be chosen for safety and not durability for long term use

Royal Enfield helmet is not a fair comparison here, because it's a half cover helmet. All the impact is spreading through the bottom open end unlike the other type of helmet which is no way for expansion because of the closed bottom.
RE helmet can't help much is real time situations. Your jaws will easily will get broken during accidents.
From the test result, I can accept only the Vega helmet for better protection.

I would like to add here that the royal enfield helment due to its shape(half faced helmet) reacts differently compared to the rest which is evident from the jumping of that thing.
Half Helmets slipped & it loses its energy & pass-on in flying motion

This video took me to my old days commercial ads for wearing helmets
This is why physics is an important subject. Because full face has a round base, once the hammer hits, the impact travels from top to bottom and then again bounced back to the top hence the top is absorbing more and more impact each time. But for the half face, the base is not round and when the impact travels from top to bottom, it becomes weak and travels outside making the helmet jump out. Notice the full face helmets did not jump out. Now in a crash you will not get this type of impact, i.e. an impact coming from the top (unless a coconut drops on your head). In a crash you will likely to get a frontal impact, in which a half face cannot protect because of the missing chin guard. So all in all these are a bunch of guys suddenly thought of doing some crazy shit on a Sunday afternoon after having a sumptuous lunch.

Next time test in road or cement base
Mud and sand absorb the impact.
Instead of hitting with hammer, you can test that how much weight the helmet can hold without crushing.

Initially I too thought Royal Enfield is best. But If u think deeper, the force they are applying here is concetrated impact force which is not a factor incase of majarity of road accidents. A good helmet have to resist force from all the directions which is null in RE helmet. So dont judge the quality of a helmet only by this video.
