- just a quick and easy tutorial to make a background panel from side to side, maybe the next tutorial will be on camera control. Hope this helps.
This method can also be used to move characters or items, be creative with it! - Розваги
Holy shyt this is the best tutorial video ive ever seen, i can actually see the buttons
really awesome tutorial🤩
Thank you so much for these tutorials, I can't tell you how much help you've been!!! Please keep up the dope work🔥
no problem, thanks for the sub, will have more coming soon
This is amazing! Your channel deserves more subscribers. Keep up the amazing work.
thanks man, hopefully i can get more subs for when i actually start putting out animations too
You out here saving my skin! Thank you again!
So glad i could help, i'd love to see what you create!
Really good background
Thanks, it was really rushed, but glad you like it!
@@DimiArt it’s better than I could do at least
Dude this is AMAZING! This helped a lot!
Quick question tho...
Can I do the same thing on krita?
Good question, unfortunately I dont use Krita, sorry!
@@DimiArt Ah ok, Thanks for the information!😁
Soooo, I already have 2 layers (set up like you have) but I'm already pretty far into my animation, and what I'm trying to do is to get the background to move at the same time as my character is walking away, BUT, when I move the background it moves it for the WHOLE animation, not just for the frames I want it to. I might be doing something wrong but any advice?
never mind i found your camera moving video lol
DOUBLE NEVER MIND! I think this video is actually the one i need...im sorry lol
Add the character after you animate the background maybe
It is possible to use this method to create a background parallax as well? I'm trying to make my character run at the centre of the screen and having the background and foreground move pass him.
yeah use this method or use compositing software
i cannot for the life of me figure out how to loop it seamlessly.
@@cristal7412 why not? What I do is make a new canvas thats much much longer than the animation, do my background on the super long canvas, then right click the layer and copy it and paste it into my animation, that way you can have it looping for as long as you need it to
@@cristal7412 did this method help?
How do you actually see the camera movements on the canvas? Every time I use the 2D camera I can't see the camera movements until I export it.
Animation > Playback settings > Render 2D camera
@@DimiArt thank you!
I'm trying to transform the background, not only move it around or zoom on it. I want to actually change its shape (like you can do with the transformation tool), but the object tool only allows me to move/zoom. Am I doing something wrong, or is what I want to do impossible ? :(
not sure i understand your question
Ohh wait, I think i know what you mean, yeah that can be done easily, just make a keyframe, then use the transform tool and transform the object, then create a new keyframe, dont have to use object tool
@@DimiArt Unfortunately I tried and it didn't work D: because once I selected what I wanted to transform, I couldn't click on the "transform" button. Also tried it via the menus, but they weren't clickable. Once you enable keyframes on an animation folder, you can't transform anymore it seems (I'm probably doing something wrong). Also sorry the demand wasn't the clearest, wasn't easy to explain ^^'
@@EdahelBrindille it can be done, i'll make a tutorial on it, i was actually wrong about using the lasso tool, but there is another method that works in the same way.
@@DimiArt Okay, thanks for such dedication x) Wasn't expecting that but it's much appreciated !
What tool are you using for the background
lol it was a brush i downloaded years ago called "Less dry" but honestly it wasn't anything too special, you can get the same result from using any of the brushes clip studio comes with.
