This doesn't really give you a good example of his actual singing voice. He's been working with their vocal coaches more recently. He's expressed a desire to sing more so he's been working on it. Here's a clip of him doing a cover of one of his fav songs, just him & a guitar. The entire rap line have lovely voices. They tend toward baritone/bass ranges and slightly shorter ranges than the vocal line so they’re best used for sub vocals and harmony. You can catch bits of them singing, though. Their Fix You cover shows this.

Suga can sing but is hardly a great singer. Much like his learning guitar or dance he is gradually extending his abilities as a talented musician and artist. Suga is a world class rapper so fundamentally he brings to BTS a large pile of potatoes and now is progressively slathering it in gravy. Many of the clips here were more joke singing so I wish they were set up in comparison with actual performance. My question was where was Seesaw, arguably the solo track where Suga demonstrated best he can both sing and rap in the same song in front of tens of thousands?
