It’s been a rainy few days, and we’ve been leaning into all the cozy fall vibes. With the city flooded, we couldn’t go anywhere, but honestly, it’s been the perfect excuse to slow down and just enjoy being at home. We’ve been spending time in the kitchen, making gluten-free, vegan pumpkin spice muffins (they turned out so good!), and of course, some homemade pizza for those rainy evenings when all you want is comfort food.
We also took some time to reset the house. You know that feeling when everything gets a little out of control? Yeah, it was definitely time to get things back in order. Cleaning up and reorganizing always makes the space feel fresh again, and honestly, it’s such a good way to clear the mind too. There’s something so satisfying about tidying up while the rain taps on the windows-it just adds to the cozy atmosphere.
And when we weren’t baking or cleaning, we were cozied up on the couch, binge-watching Gilmore Girls. Because honestly, what’s better than Gilmore Girls when it’s raining outside? There’s just something about fall and Stars Hollow that makes everything feel extra cozy and nostalgic.
