Please, do a video sharing drills both with and without a partner for both hip mobility when it comes to the kicking and drills to improve the part when you have to spring up onto the ball of the supporting foot to finally twist from it? That's something i have much difficulty and i believe a lot of people have too. Help me learn how to proper twist my hip and learn to really pivot my foot for the kick, it would be much appreciated! PS: How do i find you two on Instagram?
a quick (yet common) way to train this is to put your kicking leg on a box / table / whatever that is just above your waist line, stand on the ball of your supporting leg, then twist your body, pivot your leg and thrust your pelvis towards the direction you are kicking, then return to position and repeat. Once you get a hang of it you can quick naturally kick properly, then it's the time you practice it on a bag, or a training partner.
