A walk through Chicopee Woods

Mid July I took a hike in Chicopee Woods. I had a couple of hours but no shower so I didn’t run. I parked at the lake lot, and took the Lake Loop for a couple rounds.
Come join me for another of one of my favorite training locations. Favorite, because it has several trails of varying lengths to work with. Plenty of rocks, roots, and vertical change for technical training.
