The tension and the hype of this game was astonishing. Its been 3 nearly 4 years and i think we can all agree, we miss it.

Now that MWII has released, I can say in all fairness that MW 2019 was way better. The gameplay, the shock of the new graphic engine, the return of MW in all its glory, the shocking mission with the children, the arrival of Warzone, and most importantly and something that no other game will never have, is the fact that massive amount of gamers/none gamers/part time gamers gathered during the pandemic to play together, sharing their point of wiew of what was actually happening over the world during Covid, no hate on the server, just something special was going on right there. And for that reason,
MW 2019 had such a huge emotional impact on me, unlike MWII 2022 It's not bad, but does not impress me like its predecessor.

There was an article explaining how IW was planning to censor missions and dialogue journalists/players of the demo found “disturbing”. However it is absurd, as the game is supposed to be graphic, and not appeal to the entirety of the public. Such scenes are reported to be possibly removed, yet nothing is confirmed. IW also responded that they are not trying to censor the game, but the 3rd party influence is still there.

This reboot to the MW series had sooo much potential to make COD great again. So sad that they turned into what it is now.
I guess you could say it is Sledgehammer fault for creating MW 3 2023, a game which destroys what Infinity Ward has built for the past couple of years. Infinity Ward made MW 2019, and a decent game which is MW 2 2022. But it was all destroyed simply by Sledgehammer.
I hope they do this for the new Black Ops.

nano hanina Black ops 3 sold that much because of the title. People thought it would be like Bo1 and Bo2. But it end up only referencing them in the campaign and the zombies went from Demonic to stuff about aliens. It honestly let down a lot of fans and used the title to increase the amount of buys

The "censorship" is a smokescreen to get back in the good graces of the consumer. The media wore probably paid by Activision to do it. Then Activision can act like the "heroes" in a desperate attempt to sell some games this year. Which will 100% be riddled with micro transactions to milk the consumer for as much as they can get. Look forward to content being withheld and added in later behind pay walls.
