Someone imported a base model 4th gen and it sold at cars & bids for $3,000. It was really cool. I love the 3rd gen too, they're so rare now it's hard to find a clean one
@@HackingBros Well yes. But if you just slap a turbo on it , wont recommend you to boost 0.3bar + Since the piston compression from 4g93p is high compression. Getting a good halfcut 4g93T gsr that has supercharge piston (or low compression that is suitable for turbo) you can push the engine up to 0.7bar or 1bar+- with a good realibility and power. That being said, If you're planning to put turbo on stock 4g93p, might as well upgrade the internal that is suitable for turbo parts :P .
Would you recommend to get a GTi chassis or go with any Satria chassis and mod it up along the way? (are they any diffrerent to start with, as alot of Satria GTipu is on the market which kinda makes it hard to differentiate the authenticity of any genuine GTi)
Check vin, chassis and manufacture year (avoid the siemens) I would go with the GTI chassis, it's stiffer and the suspension setup is better right from the get-go
4:18 you can still try to fix that red line issue. Usually thats just the 2 big capacitors inside the dcc. Just wish it didn't destroy the pcb. I didn't know the evo5 front LCA fits on CB chassis.
I didn't know it can be fixed! I should look into it. i have a replacement but i haven't gotten around to it yet. By itself it doesn't fit, we had to make a few changes to make it fit: 1) The early chassis sway bar connects to the LCA (evo 1), the later ones connects to the strut (evo 2 - 3) mine's the earlier version unfortunately lol 2) evo 5 LCA are aluminum so we couldn't weld a bracket for the front sway bars, we made a bracket to bolt onto it 3) the ball joint needs to be swapped to the earlier lancer/evo 1 ball joints. It's completely different on the CE/evo 4 - 6
As I remember 15 years ago Australia have the Proton showroom and they are selling the Satria GTI and also the Jumpback
Jumbuck* 🤭
Mexico = Malaysia?
I love that front bumper, where did you get it from bro? Nice build
Huge respect bro
Just restore the LCD screen back should be fine. 😊😊
Dude this is sick. If you're still around and replying on here I would love to hear where you got the front and rear bumpers from?
Sad we never got the hatchback of the 4th gen mirage in north America, the reason i love the 3g mirage soo much more practical then the sedan.

black wheels? brand?
What cams are you using?
sick video im from austraila and i own 2 satria gtis pushing stock power sadly. I cant wait to turbo it
4G93T from a CC GSR or a 4G63 from evo 1-3s are an easy swap. Hard part is sourcing the engine and parts
@@aftmrkt wouldent the easiest option be to turbo the 4g93p in the proton?
