Boxers in the 50s-90s used to follow each other around the world and start shit in front of each others families to get fights.

Yeah, thanos, I agree. In my opinion, Poirer can take him down like last time. We haven't been able to see much of Holloways game from the bottom because he never gets taken down. Eventually if Poirer can't get the submission, I see Holloway slowly piecing him up towards the end and winning via tko. Holloway is probably looking to make a statement at 155 so I doubt he'll let that fight go to a decision.

I think you’re right, Poirer is a wizard at maximizing an opponents mistake. I think max making a mistake is the only way Dustin can win, but everyone makes mistakes so it’s 100 percent possible. I predict an outcome that surprises and overly satisfies everyone.

He lost his first fight to Dennis Hallman by submission in 17 seconds. 2 years later in a rematch, Hughes lost to Hallman again by submission in 20 seconds. You just never know...
@@M.L.7 By that theory you could say that conor is 8n both of their heads. I get what yiur saying but max is the type that could loose the same fight 3 or 4 times and perform to his best everytime. Plus max doesnt really have that much pressure on him. He will be loose like he always is.

Wonderyboy had a whole bunch of fights between his kickoxing carreer and and mma, never got knocked out until Pettis touch the tip of that chin. I have the same feeling Holloway will get rocked a few times and it might not be a KO but the hit might be enough to set up ground control from dustin. Gonna be crazy, thats for sure.

Both these guys are great human beings and straight up warriors. Dustin has a championship mindset, it’s going to be a war in there and I feel he has the best well rounded skill set to take out Max he’s paid his dues and deserves this more than anybody, grinding for so long. I would love to see Dustin feel that amazing feeling of being the Champ that he is. He’s never given up after being down and that kind of spirit is inspiring to watch. Never watched a boring fight with either man and I expect this to be no different. What a damn matchup.

Poirier is a great fighter but lets be honest he doesnt do too well against fast and crisp strikers like Michael Johnson and Conor Mcgregor.... His win streak was mostly over wrestlers and guys who were mediocre..... Holloway will take this in probably 2 rounds

This fight is huge, bigger than it seems. Both these guys have been on a great run since thier loss to mcgregor, infact I think it made them both ultra focused. This fight will decide who carrys on with their path, a loss for either guy will be taken very heavily. I predict neither will give in at any stage, both will push boundaries and it could be dangerous health wise.
